I called back and told them my name and the name of the inmate, they then said "what do you want"? You called me pal. I have no idea what I want because you haven't told me anything after trying to reach me multiple times in the middle of the night. Shitty customer service. So then they lied when I asked why the called me. They had the balls to say, "somebody must have missed dialed your number." Hard to believe someone missed dialed my number 5x in 7 hours and left messages about who they were. But, ok. All good. Don't use these guys. They may be ok to take your money to bail out someone, but their customer service is crap.
