They are both super patient with my boys and awesome teachers. Patricia works the front desk most days and is super welcoming. Allen is the owner and there most days. He is such a nice guy. I can see that he really cares about building his programs and his students. There are adults as well as teens that take the kickboxing class. Additionally, there are jujitsu classes, ranging from toddlers to adults. And it looks like they just started teaching a HIIT class as well. It's such a wonderful community of people. I'm so happy I found this place.

I texted him to inquire out joining 9Round…read morefor myself and my son, not only did he get us in ASAP for the free session with a trainer, he also checked in on us after the session since he was out of town. We went for our session and ended up signing up the next day for a 6 month contract. Thirty minutes and your workout is done. I know people (me) think oh I can't possibly burn enough in thirty minutes but LET ME TELL YOU WAS I WRONG. Each station is two workouts for 3min, cool down and move to the next station, 9 different stations (rounds) and then you're finished. Even if you can barely walk out afterwards you feel so accomplished and proud of yourself. You won't regret putting your health first, why not try it out with the free session first??
