As I was joining the manager seemed cold and aloof. They provide a fitness assessment to all new members but did not offer to provide an assessment to me until two weeks out. I felt a little put out by that but let it pass. I was just turned loose to do my own thing. I worked my way around on the machines and was not sure how to work one of them. I went to the office and got the personal trainer to help me. (She did not have any clients at the time). She begrudgingly came out and showed me what I needed to know and then went back into the office. What I experienced was a staff that was condescending and dismissive as well. I am an old fat guy that needs to loose a 100 pounds so that I can better manage my diabetes. But the staff is more focused on their own agenda then helping a fat guy like me. I canceled my membership.

This anytime fitness is relatively small, but very well organized. I was there after 5 PM and the gym was packed yet there really wasn't a wait for any particular piece of equipment. The staff and trainers at the gym were all very friendly. There was only one unisex shower, but I didn't have to wait for that either. Overall a great gym, which I would visit again when back in the area. I wonder what other healthy activities I can find?

Actually, this particular gym was a cut above others: its shower, though singular, was especially appealing, having a partitioned bathing stall and sliding door, and just a feel of general hominess and comfort that is often absent from public space. Besides being a good gym in other respects, I drew special enjoyment from the discovery of a warm, home-like shower room (a biggie to me, being on the road). Overall, great customer service. I appreciate that Crunch has many variations of machines to hit certain body part, especially for back days. I felt very limited at what I can do at planet fitness, but Crunch's variety of machines really allows me to hit my back differently. The only cons I can think of is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and drinks are very expensive, so I recommend bringing your own. For example, a bottle of RAW protein drink cost me $5.96. Definitely on the high side. It's been extremely over crowded, so you'll end up waiting for most machines, but they opened up it even 2 weeks ago, so I have a feeling the rush will die down eventually. Parking is always crowded, so don't be alarmed if you have to park far away and walk.

I have contacted Crunch repeatedly and filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate state consumer-protection offices. My BBB complaint number is 24794077. I was also placed in the uncomfortable position of scheduling an appointment with a personal trainer while I was out of town because I was concerned that refusing the appointment could negatively affect her employment. At this point, I feel that the company is delaying instead of addressing the remaining charges. I am posting this to document my experience, ask Crunch Fitness to resolve the outstanding $540, and find out whether other members have experienced similar cancellation or billing problems.

Focus meetings allow you to get guidance by a burn boot camp trainer on how to attain your fitness and nutrition goals. You will also get your measurements taken, including body fat, to track your progress. You can book Focus meetings on their free phone application. Their free phone application allows you also to check the class schedule, review your class, check your attendance, shop burn boot camp apparel and nutrition, etc. Burn boot camp Evans has also a Facebook page with tips on how to do exercises with the proper form, the weekly class schedule / protocol, customer testimonials on results, etc. The franchise burn boot camp has also a YouTube channel with useful data.
