There is a decline of shoppers and a big need to revitalize it for the community. Perhaps a Green Market, Warehouse Club and even a huge supermarket might help. Free drive-in movies outside at the parking lot could be used to entice customers and have roller skating employees take food orders or an electronic system to place food, drinks and snacks would be a good idea. Even a local library. I noticed a Gold's gym was busy, maybe some healthy shops for smoothies and even a rock climbing area would be a great addition. There's so much that can be added to make this place work. Right now, it is unkempt with loose tiles outside and closed off areas. Even a total food and restaurant experience would be nice here since I noticed a majority of shoppers coming just to get some food to go! This mall would have a much better rating if they had better ac and a new injection of stores.

Texas, one stop we were making was to look for decent pricing on several pieces of pottery for our patio. We looked at 3-4 places around Harlingen, but found this El Gallo to have the best pottery variety/selection and decent prices - even when compared to the 'fruit stands' north of town on State Hwy. 77. On their Biz card, it says "El Gallo - Pinateria y Mexican Imports". In summary, here is a list of what they carried; - Terra Cotta Clay Pottery (many sizes, styles, colors) - Terra Cotta Home Accents - Talavera Pottery (limited selection) - Metal art pieces (limited selection with animals, bugs, cactus & Texas Stars) - Pinatas; While we did not browse the pinatas, they did appear to have quite a selection of sizes and characters. PRO TIP; If you speak Espanol, then you are in the best position to negotiate a discount if you are buying LOTS of pottery. If tu no habla Espanol, then you are out of luck. When she called they told her the insurance would only pay for 6 tablets and that if she wanted the rest she would need a new prescription. Sounds to me like maybe they needed a prior authorization but whatever the case, they dont seem very competent

I needed a prescription filled and the drive thru "girl" refused to help me. When the supervisor came on he could not help me and refused to call the doctor to find out about the medication. I will never use a CVS pharmacy again.

I really enjoy buying in bulk and shopping smart. My favorite buy from Sams club is their on the go…read moresnacks. I also enjoy buying juice boxes in bulk. Occasionally they have cute seasonal clothes. And cute Toms. I have ordered birthday cakes from here as well. Always a great buy. My kids and I occasionally enjoy eating pizza and hot dogs from Sams. Not always available but absolutely my favorite are the strawberry grilled chicken salad. I can't forget to mention I normally order my photo prints from here.
