The service was excellent, Randall in the Ipswich store was awesome, so good in fact that I took the mother in law in as well. We walked out with three bikes that day. Everything we asked was answered, they gave us all the information we needed. The selection was great, we told them what we wanted and they pointed us in the right direction, from the bike, to the helmet and even the drink holder. The value is really good compared to Brisbane bike stores. they try to sell you all the bells and whistles when you don't need it. 99 bikes don't try to sell you something you don't need. History

Established in 2007.

We opened the doors of our first shop in May 2007. The shop in Milton, Brisbane was started by Matt Turner and was a small 170m2 - only fitting 99 bikes into the building. A team of four kept the shop open seven days a week, twelve hours a day with one tiny room tripling as a workshop, office and stock room. The integral team grew to 8 as our Milton shop flourished and our second shop was opened in Underwood. Most of the original team are still with us today. Matt continued to use the advice of his father, Graham 'Skroo' Turner to evolve systems and processes in alignment with Flight Centre - a business model which has demonstrated success since 1981.

We have bought bikes from 99 Bikes for both our kids and us parents and have found the sales team and the servicing to be very friendly, give great advice and help us make the right choice for our kind of riding. The after sales service is great and their prices are great considering the top end quality of the bikes we have bought. And it's great to have a local bike shop to take the bikes to if we have any problems or want to modify or upgrade. You can't get that when you buy online. Hi I don't actually ride a bicycle , I went in to buy some bike shorts for some extra padding when I ride my motorcycle as I am very slim. The person who served me was simply fantastic as he helped me get what I needed as well as answer a lot of questions about the GPS mounts and the Blue Tooth Headphones. I asked if they could do a comprehensive service on 2 bikes that were about 13 years old. They gave me an in depth report on what needed to be done, and things that should be updated. I was very happy with the incredibly quick and comprehensive service that was done, and the bikes are now back on the road. Thank you for great service. read more
