The are many positives. i like that my buying history is retained and accessible at each 99 Bikes store i go to, so i can get the same items when i need them a year later. Very good range. I buy a new Quad-lock every time i get a new iphone - every two years - and 99 Bikes is as cheap or cheaper than the net. Returns are no problem at all - i returned some pedals last week when i found the problem was the crank and not the pedal!
