If you're a wealthy and serious cyclist, this is the place for you. If you're not, I wouldn't even bother going inside.
The bikes sold here range from $200- $10,000. These are bikes for long distance riders, triathletes, Tour de France contenders. They're very spiffy, professional bikes made for very spiffy, professional cyclists.
I found the service cold and condescending. Yes, I want a steel frame bike, which is a tad unusual, because they rust, and they're heavy, but do I need to listen to smart arse, snide, sarcastic remarks about my choices from a man whose job is to HELP me? No. He may as well have said to me "we don't have anything for your type here" and booted me out the door. I'm sure if I were a fighting fit specimen of prime cyclist material with thousands to spend, the staff would have been friendlier towards me. There is certainly a particular clientele they target here.
Outside of that, they offer bike exchange, bike repairs, and something called "rider biomechanical bike fitting". As I said, they take their bikes seriously. If you're a professional, this is the place to come to. read more
