Gym was clean and bigger than it looks from the outside. Wifi was super fast as well. Equipment was all very new with nice brown leather. One of the treadmills sounded a little like a dying cat, but otherwise everything was flawless. Restrooms are behind a wall of mirrors, adding an extra touch of privacy. Wish there was more of a studio for calisthenics and whatnot, but no complaints on the whole. Great Anytime!

Typically, I attend one of the classes, but when I can't make it, the trainers are always willing to send the workout for that day and answer any questions, so I can do the workout on my own time (Fruita Health Club has 24 hour access, which really helps fit all schedules). The workouts are challenging but can easily be modified to meet individual needs (beginners to elite athletes). The trainers are also willing to help you meet your individual goals by supporting you with nutrition advice, measurements, etc. It's such a great place!
