I was a little hesitant with how this was going to go as far as an experience when I was checked…read morein. Initially, I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling that I was going to be taken care of however it all ended well. When I walked into the lobby I see the wood and leather adorned waiting area with plenty of chairs and magazines to keep one busy. I was greeted and quickly checked in. The concern of how the visit was going to go was mainly based on the receptionist seemed pretty busy and somewhat distracted. Once I watched her in action I realized it was me reading into it and a non issue. I was offered and served a drink and quickly whisked away with the stylist who did an amazing job. She took time to notice my neck needed trimming, a bald guy with a beard rarely notices the back of his neck, and she took care of it. Most places would have done what was asked and moved on.
