What appealed to me at first was that it was a mother-daughter team. Then they cleaned my house and they clean things like baseboards, window sills, and ceiling fans (we have 10ft ceilings so it's not easy) - not just the 1st time but every time. I love that they use white vinegar (when possible) - I always worry about harsh cleaning products around my fur-baby. They do a thorough job with a very pleasant attitude. Competent, considerate with excellent communication. Their customer base is growing so now it's mom and both daughters. These ladies work really well together and coordinate their efforts so they are efficient and thorough. I could not be happier with my River Life Girls.
