As stated before, Jennifer took over for George. We needed to have our water heater re-installed after being removed for drywall repairs, and ServPro recommended her. We bought a new base pan for the water heater, along with a new faucet and drain. We were originally quoted (over the phone), $120 for the water heater re-install and $50 for faucet install. Once she got there, she said it wasn't up to code, and needed to install a T&P Valve $25, and charged $150 for install, and then charged $120 for the faucet install and when asked about the $50 price she quoted, she asked if we spoke with her (she was the only one we were dealing with). I thought $120 was pretty steep considering that it came with all the parts. The drain cost $40 to install because it said that a new down spout was needed and we weren't charged for it. The work was quality, she showed up when she said she was going to, and got the job done. I just think that the pricing for the faucet install seemed a little steep, and didn't like the price change.
