We were tricked by this company. They send pictures of what the party bus will look like, have you pay upfront and the week of the event call and say their bus is broken. They replace it with an older, beat up model. It was old, smelly and embarrassing & worst of all it was expensive. read more

Six women. Babysitters for each of them. Plan 2 months ahead to go ahead and go on a limo ride and see Christmas lights and enjoy some conversation together. Wait outside the woodland hills Mall for half hour. Limos late. Our organizer calls and her number is blocked. Next woman from our group calls them and they answer and tell us that the driver got locked out of his car at a gas station was waiting for assistance. We call back again he blocks her now. Next person calls same story. Meantime I do a search on this company and see they gave the same story last week to another family or group. Here we are standing outside in the cold with our appetizers and own bottles of champagne. Can't walk into the mall because we have alcohol on us. Now the guy is blocking all our calls. What a piece of s***. Apparently this is his MO. Book limousines, charge people money and don't show up. Same story given two weeks in a row? Read the reviews and others it's worse than ours. Never trust this company. I feel bad for weddings or a larger events where this could have been an even bigger disappointment. I hope this place goes out of business soon. Do not book with them. They lie, they block phone numbers, and they only respond due to threats of litigation. Honestly if anyone's interested in a class action lawsuit let me know. read more

Do not book with 918 Limo ever. Complete let down. They never confirmed. Never showed, blocked our numbers when we called from the same number twice to get answers. I had to threaten legal action before I received my refund. It was supposed to be a girls night for some ladies at work. It was a complete scam. David never intended on sending a driver. We got the "the driver locked his keys in his car" story. I didn't do enough homework before I booked and I regret it so much. DO. NOT. BOOK. read more

918 Limos - All communication was cut off when the limo was a no show. - Limos Near Me

Booking was easy but it went downhill from there. Was promised sodas and snacks and ice and got none of that. Had a few lukewarm bottles of water. Went to Rhema and one house in Jenks in a 2 1/2 hour span. Everyone was sweating when we got out because it was so hot in the limo. Not worth it at all and very disappointed. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. Took my team to look at lights for the end of the year party. I will start with my positives... The driver was nice and respectful and they were on time. Booking was easy. Where it went bad and was a terrible experience was the quality of the vehicle. The music quit working and all the lights quit working. My daughter rode in the same limo on October for a dance and found her friend's nails that she took off in the back cup holder still there! The worse part was there was some kind of electrical fire and we had to pull over on the side of the highway and the limo filled with smoke. All my girls were crying and we all smelled for the rest of the night. I have reached out to ask for a partial compensation on the service received and they have not responded or called back. I wanted to give them the chance to make it right before I wrote a review but they didn't care enough to get back to me. Do not use this company or else you wanna spend 1,000+ for this type of quality. I can understand the electrical was an accident and out of their control but to ignore calls and text and not make it right after that experience... I will never use them again. read more

My friend booked a Christmas light tour with 918 limos. She told me the price was going to be around $400 for two hours. When I got on their website it said $150 an hour so I told her and she said please call and confirm and when I did, they said oh well we didn't have any of the smaller limos available so we had to give you the larger limo, which seated 10+ people and it was $200 an hour. Ok fine. Approximately 10 minutes before they were to arrive, I received a phone call and they said that someone had broken the stereo and that they had to switch out vehicles and they were running about 10 minutes late and they hoped that would be OK and that they were also giving us a newer vehicle. It was very odd because two limos showed up both older Lincoln's. When I got on the vehicle, I realized this was not a 10+ person limo so we were scammed on that part. It was a 6 to 8 person limo. The driver said he was gonna have to go by Quiktrip and get ice and did. He gets in the front and then we called him and asked him to come back there and show us how to use the equipment. There should've been a full rundown tutorial before he got in the front. Anyway, there was no Bluetooth option so the music was radio which sucked because I was the one that had to keep changing the channel. He asked us if we wanted to go to Rhema and we said no we want to go anywhere but. He said where would you like to go and we were like just go where you would've gone next from Rhema and didn't really have an answer and I said well how about just around 101st in Sheridan area isn't there a bunch of pretty lights over there and he said yeah. The next thing I know we're at 31st and Sheridan! There's a lot more to the story, but in a nutshell, in a two hour limo ride, we probably saw a good 15 minutes of decent lights. This dude did not know where the hell he was going. There was no itinerary. We had to keep telling him where to go. It was like we worked our butts off to even see what we got. He also went through neighborhoods of smaller homes like the small homes east of Peoria & 41st when I trying to get him to turn into Bolewood Acres. We also ended up in Walnut Creek and then this crap neighborhood over at 71st and Garnett. He did take us up on this one Hill that overlooked the city of faith and that was cool, but there was no plan for this light tour!!! On top of that the vehicle was dirty. The glass had prints all over it and the exterior had not been washed. We just really felt scammed because for starters it shouldn't have been $400 as previously stated. We called the owner when we got back and told him what all went on and he did not apologize or offer to take anything off of our bill. He was actually quite an asshole. I do not recommend this company. I wish we would've read reviews before we booked it because I have seen numerous reviews basically stating the same thing that I have stated not just on yelp, but on google as well. Lesson learned , read reviews before spending your money! read more

918 Limos - All of the windows had smudges on them like this. - Limos Near Me

I do not recommend this company!!! I have rented many limos over the years so I know what to expect. The driver showed up on time and returned us to the place we wanted. That is about the best I can say. The driver was casually dressed and toothless. In July you would think the car would have been cooled down but it wasn't. It was warm almost the whole ride. There was ice for the champagne but the water provided wasn't chilled or even on ice. The window above the beverage area was badly cracked and the car appeared older. I would recommend meeting the driver and inspecting the car they will be providing. Lastly, He charged a 10% fee for using a credit card that was never mentioned in our phone conversation. We laugh about how crazy it was now but not what I had planned for our wedding day. read more

HORRIBLE experience! My mom booked this for our family, as a surprise for her 5 grandsons. She called 3 hours before our tour to confirm the place of pickup. They told her "someone threw up in the limo last night and it may not be cleaned in time." So we scrambled, making phone calls etc trying to find another company. Wasted time, stressed and felt very disappointed with this information. They ended up calling an hour later and said they could get it detailed in time. Now, if this is what they call detailed it's very sad. The limo was filthy. Dented, old and not well kept. She was told to leave a review about her booking process and the limo would be stocked with soda and snacks. There were 3 cans of soda and some bottle water. All warm. For 15 people! The limo driver told us "I don't know where to take you to look at lights." We booked a CHRISTMAS LIGHT TOUR!" I could do on and on, but main point DO NOT USE THEM! read more

Reserved the Expedition/Navigator Limo last year for the Christmas Light Tour. I have been on many Christmas light tours throughout the years with different companies and was looking forward to sharing the experience with family and friends. I invited my parents. My friend's mother was in town from Croatia and was really excited. My other friend had five family members drive into town from AR. First, our reservation was for 8:30 and the driver showed up 30 minutes late, the limo was not cleaned from the previous tour. There was trash, half full soda cans and clothing left behind from the previous group. There was no place to set our drinks due to the trash taking up the space. It was not stocked with the soda and water as advertised. The speakers did not work when we tried to connect our phone. The defrost didn't work so when we did make it to the lights we had to use the shirt that had been left behind from the previous group. Nasty to say the least but the only way we could see out. The limo driver kept backing up and almost causing accidents. He took us through three different neighborhoods with NO lights. We went through Rhema and this was one of the places he started to back up and that was scary. We did hit something on the way out of Rhema and it sounded like we were going to leave the back half of the limo behind. It was a very disappointing evening. We complained to the owner and he acted like we were not telling the truth or exaggerating. We went to the reviews and noticed there were several with the same complaints. All of this to say, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I know they say they are the cheapest but in my experience it is best to pay a little more to ensure you have a great experience and make lasting holiday memories with family and friends. read more

very easy to set up reservation and followed up with me. I will leave another review after our service on April 26!

What a HUGE disappointment this limo service was!!! We booked it to do a tour of Christmas lights. They picked us up 20 minutes late. Then about an hour into the tour, they hit a small pothole. The moment the hole was hit a loud noise started. They pulled into a gas station and realized the muffler was dragging in the ground. The driver, who was very kind, proceeded to jack the limo up, so the could strap the muffler up. My husband noticed he was not jacking it up on the frame if the car, so he told him. The driver looked a bit confused so my husband lowered it and moved it onto the frame and jacked it up. The driver was unable to get under car due to his size so my husband had to do it. He got under the car and strapped the muffler up ruining his nice dress shirt. The driver was absolutely amazing and felt horrible about the situation.... read more

The limo was disgusting. It had scratches up and down the side. The rear taillight, on the drivers side, was busted out. The seperation window was broken. The tv was broken. There was exploded soda in the bar. I could not cancel because I had 5 very excited children waiting to be picked up. I called back for a refund and was told that they would not. I asked to speak to an owner and was told he was the co-owner. I said that he would not refund. I told him I will contact the bbb and he hung up on me. I would have said something at the end of the ride but he left me without a ride at the last stop instead of taking me to the pick up location. read more

Also the limo drivers aren't licensed i feared for my safety and everyone in the limo the driver didn't know how to drive a limo took her 15 minutes to get out of the driveway of our house and continually scraped the limo on curbs. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! I scheduled a limo christmas light tour about a month ago. I called the day of 4 hours before just to verify time and address of pick up. The man who I scheduled with took about 3 minutes to find my reservation then stated that he was getting ready to call me because his limo was "in line" to be cleaned because someone threw up in it and it probably wouldn't be clean by the time our tour was scheduled. I informed him that it wasn't my problem and that he needed to make sure it was done even if he had to do it himself. As a business owner sometimes you have to do things that you really don't want to because you want to represent your company in the best way. He stated that he wouldn't clean it himself and we could use a 10 car limo or rebook. We had 15 people. We can't use a 10 person limo and we don't have a day that we can reschedule. He calls me at 4:00 and says that it is good news and we can do our tour at 6:00. At 6:00 the lady driving called me and rudely stated that she was at the address I had given. She wasn't, but we found her. The limo was dirty on the outside, had dents, scratches, missing pieces. The inside wasn't much better. The limo driver couldn't tell us how to turn the air up or down, how we could connect to the audio system, then the MOST RIDICULOUS of all was when she asked us where to go. I told her that I booked the limo christmas light tour. I assumed THEY would know where to take us for lights. She stated that she was booked last minute and had no idea where to take us. We told her a few places to go but she drove by them so fast we couldn't really see them. This was a terrible and stressful experience. Do not think this company will probably do better than their reviews. DO NOT USE THEM. I called trying to find someone who could take our group since it appeared that we were being dumped. They all stated that this company has a history of doing this to people. STAY AWAY!!! Oh, and he stated if I gave him a good review on Yelp before our tour that he would have the limo stocked with soda and snacks. There was water, 2 pepsi's and a mountain dew. That's it! Pitiful!!! read more

Will never use this organization again. They charged me twice, I've called multiple times to get credit, the driver was 30 minutes late, he didn't know where he was going (it was a Christmas light tour) and the car's heating and ventilation didn't work. People in the back were freezing. read more

918Limo does NOT carry auto insurance!!! This company is unprofessional. An hour and a half late for prom pickup. The limo was old, gross, and dirty. Then the driver didn't speak English and didn't know directions. While driving he was looking at his phone and rear ended a stopped vehicle at 55 mph. Several kids were injuries. The driver then gave false insurance information and a forged alias driver's licenses to the police. Then to top it off 918 LIMO DOES NOT CARRY INSURANCE. I would not recommend this limo company I went to a family friend quinceanera and when it was time to go in to the party bus it was not there we called and they said that there party bus battery died and he was at the closest gas station to the church we where at and when they finally arrived it was a limo not a party bus and the owner David k was the limo driver and he had told us he was going to help the other party bus with there battery witch was a lie because we called yet again for them to say they had nothing available and nothing for the day. So we where late to get the birthday girl to her venue on time and we had to take everyone in two of our own cars. We did ask for a refund and we told them we wanted our money back before the end of the night but we did not hear anything back from them until we had one of our friends call them and asked if we could see the limos they had available for a party they own told us we could meet up at a near by casino and we met the owner and we demanded our refund but thankfully we are getting our refund. This limo service was VERY unprofessional and unorganized. We were told we would be picked up in a black limo and instead got a white, old and very rusty limo. This is the worst limo service I've ever seen. Rented for a wedding and the inside of the limo was not clean. The bridesmaids dresses were blush and 4 of them got completely ruined because of something that was on the seats that stained them brown. The stain was in the pattern of the stitching on the seats. They refused to accept blame even though there was clear evidence of their wrongdoing and they got ridiculously defensive. There was also a red sticky liquid in a cup holder that leaked onto the front of a fifth dress. The auxiliary chord that you would use to connect a device for your own music was broken. The A/C was useless and everyone was covered in sweat by the time they arrived at their destination. To top all of this off, they were late for pickup and one of the headlights was out. I've tried calling to speak to the manager twice on two different days and the same middle eastern man who was defensive in the limo keeps giving me a different story as the when the mysterious "Adam" will be available. Worst limo service ever! Waited 30 minutes past when the limo was supposed to arrive for a bachelor party, then was going to take an additional 30 minutes to get there because they went to an entirely wrong address. And they wanted to charge me for their mistake and drove time. I ended up having to cancel the service because they were so late and we had other plans for the bachelor party and they wanted to charge me half the rate for a problem that was entirely their fault.
