We are in Florida for the winter, we had one set of car keys here and another set in PA where we have a home. My wife lost/misplaced our one set, we were now unable to use our vehicle! The dealer needed the car at the shop (TOW BILL) and then they could make a key for us. One dealer insisted we buy TWO keys ($$$$). We called 911 Keys, LLC and spoke with Dillon. He assured us we only needed one key and the key in PA would still work, we do NOT need two sets made!! Dillon arrived very quickly after the call, he would have been faster but he was finishing up another job!! Once he got here he went to work, I was hovering around the entire time because I was an A&P Mechanic and I appreciate tools and mechanical workings. Dillon had the new key cut FAST (even though he would explain his work along the way) and programed just as fast! He was very efficient, extremely polite and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend Dillon and 911 Key, LLC for any locksmith work you could need, they can handle it all! THANK YOU read more

911 keys responded very quickly when I accidentally locked my keys in the trunk of my Mercedes. It is not easy to get keys out of a Mercedes trunk if you lock them in it, but they did so without causing damage. When it comes to expensive vehicles I know it's difficult to trust someone you don't know to do work on them of any kind, this team deserves that trust though, they won't let you down. read more

Absolutely incompetent is the best way to describe the service I received from 911 keys. Drove my working car to get a key made, when the locksmith was done he deleted the keys info making the car not able to drive. Had to get the car towed to the dealership who fixed the problem in no time at all. On top of the locksmith breaking my car HE CHARGED ME for the privilege of having the geniuses at 911 keys break my car. read more

Great experience, this guy knows what he's doing! I called and he made his way to my house within 30 minutes, I was very pleased with that. Other competing companies couldn't even come until later in the week. I had no keys and my car was locked, heck even my battery was dead. He fixed everything and got me a working key within the hour. This company came to our house to program a key fob. The next morning we couldn't start our car with the key he also programmed called Brain and he said something really stupid like if I painted your door I'm not responsible for your broken window. He charged us $ 120. We had to take it to the dealer to have it fixed they told us it was his fault but Brian still wouldn't give us our money back I wouldn't suggest you use them!! read more

The service was friendly, efficient and he worked to keep the costs low. I have a 2011 Ford Escape that my husband accidentally programmed the "my key setting" so my vehicle wouldn't go over 70mph and the radio wouldn't turn up past half volume... I called 8 different locksmiths and two ford dealerships to get pricing for a new key. Needless to say I was blown away at what they charge for a key!!! On average they wanted $225-$250 PLUS $130 to program it!!! RIDICULOUS!! 911 keys was my last phone call to make at 7pm. I spoke with the owner Brian, explained my situation and asked for a price... I was gritting my teeth just knowing it was going to be about the same as everyone else... you wouldn't believe my surprise when he told me $120 to cut and program the key!! Not only was his pricing more than fair, he came to my house right away, picked up my key and brought back a copy within 45 minutes and had it programmed in less than 10!!! I would highly recommend 911 Keys to anyone for any of their needs. Not only is he more than fair, he is probably the kindest most genuine man I have met here in Palm Coast!! (Kind enough to be giving discounts because of the COVID bc he knows people are struggling and he's trying to be fair) There are absolutely no words to justify Brian's workmanship, fairness and overall character! If you need a key, don't bother calling anyone but him!!! Thank you Brian, you truly are a good man and you saved my butt big time! Good luck to you and you will forever be my key man read more

My Son was at a friends house for the weekend, some how he lost the keys to his car and condo, he called 911 Keys and Brian came out at 7:15p and made a new key for his car. My Son asked Brian if he could follow him to his Condo and make a key for the front door, he told Brian he lived 10 miles away, Brian told him the cost and then followed him to the Condo to make a key for the front door. Later that night my Son called me and told me about the situation he got himself into and did not want to call me as he knew I would be upset and I live an hour away. Dillon helped us out with a key FOB issue along with our car battery. After diagnosing the FOB he determined the chip was good and the frequency was good. What would have been an expensive trip to the dealer to reprogram it 911 Keys charged the $125 service fee. I was thrilled that we didn't need to go to the dealer. I called AAA because my Daughter's car wouldn't turn over. I told them I needed the car towed to my mechanic. They sent Brian at 911 Keys, LLC. He and his Son showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and went ahead and resolved the issue right there in my driveway for next to nothing.
