Can't say enough good things about this place. My Daughter just went through the program. The one day class is so accommodating to working parents. Also, the drivers are so personable and actually teach the kids practical driving lessons with their driving time. Driving lessons are quick and easy to schedule. We finished the entire program in weeks and now my daughter has her license. I Will send all my kids here when the time comes. read more

When we signed up it indicated 6 hours behind the wheel but I didn't realize it is only 3 drives of 2 hours each. 2 hours is a long drive for anyone and after the first drive they were back at least 15 mins early and the Instructor indicated "she was done" because she was so nervous. The second lesson was also back early and between each lesson I was told she needed to do more hours of driving but she wasn't comfortable behind the wheel at all yet and I have younger children who would have to also be in the car. I told them she doesn't need to get her license until she in confident and we would be happy to extend more lessons, and I was told well I have to do the hours to fulfill the contract or I can't sign up for more lessons. We worked hard to get hours in on weekends but ran out of time and her last lesson expired. read more

My oldest son took the driving course without any issues here in Greenville, SC. My daughter took the course and on her first class, the instructor (Don) decided he needed to preach his religious views to her. I'm sorry that is not what we signed up for! 911 corporate office needs to tell their employees that their religious views are not part of the course. That is so inappropriate for a person to tell their religious views to a child. read more

Both of our children were part of the 911 driving school. They felt and continue to feel so confident in their skills. We have not had any issues with their driving. We thank Officer Krause for giving them the absolute best learning experience. I recommend 911 every time I know of a new upcoming driver. read more

Two teens thru, both passed with flying colors. Would definitely recommend.Attentive, convenient, and professional.

The idea of having my teenaged daughter behind the wheel was one of the most nerve-racking experiences in my life. Then, after learning about 911 Driving school, their background, and meeting the instructors in person, I had complete peace of mind moving forward. I appreciated how thorough they were from start to finish, and it was impressive to learn that they had to stay up to date on the current traffic laws. My child's safety in the car, as well as even after she passed her test, was their upmost priority. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. If you are going to learn to drive, what better way to learn than from police officers... :) read more

Wonderful staff and driving instructors! I felt so confident leaving my son in their care and instruction and they did a phenomenal job covering everything he needed to know to be a safe driver. The fact that my son could also take the driving test with an instructor he was comfortable with was an added bonus. Highly recommend! read more

If you are going here for a permit I would not recommend unless you do better taken written test that's the only reason to go here for a permit other than that Please just go to the dmv! They made it seem like I didn't need all the requirements the dmv request lol yes you are still going to not only need all the things the dmv request but you will literally have to go to the dmv right after you finish the test here! They made it seem like they do everything here I called and asked multiple questions before going in! When I went we stood at the front for at least 30 minutes no one ever came out nobody was at the desk I called while standing there and all and again I called before coming the lady said she would be there until 5 this place is so exactly what Greenville police are a dam joke! The $25 for the test is bs it's only $2 at dmv and they still charge you for it at the dmv even if you took the test with this third party company! She also didn't mention I would have to go to the dmv until after my son finished his test that's the kicker you'd think a business would tell you all these details upfront but I clearly see most of these 5 star reviews are fake and dishonest just like the employees here! REAL REVIEWS MATTER read more

We had a great experience with 911 for our oldest son. The instructors were all professional, and the program was efficient. I wish we'd used 911 for our younger son who wanted to use a different school in order to be with a friend. It simply wasn't as good overall. I'd highly recommend 911. read more

My grandson came here to take a road test an the instructor did not know how to fill his information out on the computer an canceled his road test saying that he can not take the test an canceled his reservation after paying 65 dollars that he will not get back so I took him to the dmv an he got his test there an complete less than a hour an passed it goes to show how people an business are in this community how they take your money an walk all over u just cause they are cops hell our tax dollars pay there checks each week I will not recommend any one to pay up front for a service at this establishment as they are crooks of justice taking peoples hard earn money I think it's very childish for them to do they should be helping people in our community instead of taking from them ! read more

Two of my kids have gone through 911 school and both times it has been an excellent experience. The kids attend an session for most of a Saturday in the classroom (8AM to 4PM ish) and learn about accident prevention, causes, impact etc. All the instructors are law enforcement officers and the tell some lively stories about traffic accidents and prevention from real life. Its all about SAFETY. Once they complete the 8 hours of classroom they have two sessions on two different dates of driving for a total of 6 hours. They drive all over the place, downtown, on the interstate, in the country, anywhere the kids need to get experience or are afraid to drive. One session with my son was 71 miles. These guys are thorough. When a Master Sgt. in the SC Highway Patrol rides for 3 hours with your son, and then tells you what an excellent driver he is, there is a certain amount of comfort. When an instructor tells you that your son is not only an excellent driver but a fine young man who could date his daughters, it doesn't get much better than that endorsement. These instructors also can perform the SC DMV drivers skills test so that all we needed to do was take the forms to the DMV for the picture and vision test. There website has a $55 off coupon code to apply at check out and the basic package I described is $400 so net out at $345 which is a pretty good bargain for one on one training with a police officer! read more

Both of our kids went through 911 Driving School for practice drives and the final drivers' test. Would highly recommend! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Both teens have the confidence they needed to start on the road safely! read more

I did this class and it definity wasn't like those other boring classes where you're falling asleep. I definitely recommend them!

We had 3 children go through 911 Driving School and had a fantastic experience with all 3. Highly recommend!

My daughter had a wonderful experience here, she had 3 different instructors who all made her feel extremely comfortable behind the wheel. It also made mom extremely comfortable knowing they were all police officers. Sure, they aren't the cheapest but I'd say they were the best! There's usually a $60 coupon on their website. We also paid the extra to have them test her. It just made sense since she learned using their cars! read more

They were very professional and helpful. My daughter was nervous to drive and Mike Garland put her at ease. Very happy with their service!

They are awesome. Second child going thru this class. Very professional and accomodating.

Amber is very rude and conniving. She booked me for 2 lessons which are $100 a lesson and the lessons are 2 hours each. I booked 2 lessons and paid $200. I only received 3 hours worth of lessons and it was a misunderstanding on my part so I took the lessons and failed the test. That part doesn't matter to me. But when I called asking for a partial refund and or another hour of lessons I was brushed off and told that I signed an outdated contract in January of 2016 so I couldn't receive either. Also the receptionist (amber) was manipulative in her conversation with me when I called back to ask if I'd have to wait another 15 days to take a driving test at any driving school. She proceeded to tell me that I took the driving test 3 times in total when In actuality I only took it twice so she wanted to con me into waiting 6 months to go to another driving school and get my license. The receptionist booked myself and another kids schedule within the same time frame so I didn't get my hours worth of driving. The right thing to do would have been to refund me $50 for the time I didn't receive but greedy businesses could care less about being fair and only care about themselves. My gut told me to go to another driving school but I took another persons advice and went to them. Worst mistake I could've made. Please avoid this place unless you want them to use you for your money and brush your concerns off as if it doesn't matter. Go at your own risk. I wish I'd never gone to them at all. The staff is really foul and treat people unfairly. They will also fail you on something they didn't prepare you for in the driving class. Smh Ps: if staff doesn't agree with me, that is fine. But karma is real and it comes back way worse than you give it. Know that!!! When one customer is unhappy it gets around. Bad business is a bad reputation! They should've thought long and hard about fucking me over because I'll make sure to report them to whomever I can to get justice! Horrible!! read more

Just had my second child of 4 go through 911 driving school. The 1st one about 4 years ago was a good experience but this time was a nightmare. You sign up for 2 hour drives but the instructor we got, Robert Thacker, came back 15 minutes early from every drive. On the second drive, as I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for my daughter to finish her drive, I get a text from her. They have stopped at a QT so the instructor could go to the bathroom. This full grown man could not have waited until he was finished with my daughters instruction? I can tell you I did not expect to pay that kind of money for the instructor to not give my daughter his full attention for 2 hours. So be prepared to not get your monies worth with this instructor. The third drive day came and I get a call about 2 hours before the 12 noon scheduled drive asking if i could bring my daughter early because the instructor, Robert Thacker, needed to leave before 2pm. I was accommodating to the request and we came as soon as we could get there. So when the 4th drive came I called the office and explained that the instructor told us we could exchange our last drive for the drivers test. But low and behold, Robert Thacker is not qualified to administer the drivers test contrary to the claims that 911 boasts about it's instructors. The girl on the phone told me I would have to pay a $40 cancellation fee for our 4th drive if I wanted to exchange for an exam. Excuses, Excuses, as to why he was not able to test or why none of that information is on the website. So unprofessional and unaccommodating. I will not make the mistake of going to this school with my other 2 children! There are other programs in Greenville that offer instruction with law enforcement officers and are a designated DMV test facility. read more

After all the hype I decided to go with 911 but it was not that great for the increased price over the others. 2 out of 3 drives they were back early, one drive was spend sitting in a lot for a long time. The gentleman in the front office who answers the phone is not very good in customer service. I didn't get that " we appreciate your business" feeling at all. However, she passed the test which she also took with 911 and seems to have the basic knowledge for driving now. read more
