I like this restaurant and visit every time I am in Oyen, but they are usually closed when I visit. Either they are closed for the day, or they are not open in the afternoon, despite advertised hours. They are almost never open from 2-4 pm. My previous review: My first visit I had a cheeseburger and fries. It was an awesome tasting meal. Today I had the combo with ginger beef. It tasted great. I would have hated the vegetables in the dish if they were fully cooked, so I very much appreciated the partial cooking they got, leaving them crisp. This restaurant is about what you would expect for lunch in a small town. No big surprises on the menu, they offer American and Chinese food. Our group had burgers and myself, being a vegetarian, had a grilled cheese sandwich. Portions weren't huge but were just right for us. Coffee was good and fresh and the lady serving was very friendly. Food was hot, tasty and prices were very reasonable. The food was ready quite quickly also. Not a lot of choice for a vegetarian but they did have some Chinese options such as noodles and rice dishes that were vegetarian so you can certainly make do. I'd go back! read more
