Half way through the job Gilbert requested for us to pay the entire cost upfront, which we agreed and trusted him, he had seemed like a nice person and had very good reviews. Our decision to pay the entire amount had unfortunately turned out to be a big mistake on our part. For the past month Gilbert has disappeared on us leaving the job incomplete, phone calls and messages go unanswered. The few times we were able to get a response, it has been excuse after excuse. Gilberto Zerpa did the shower/tiles, plumbing and electrical work himself and we have come to find out he is not licensed to do so. The tiles are all uneven and the corners are already cracking. After 5 months Gilbert has left our home with uneven tiles, pipes sticking out of the walls, a missing sink, missing shower glass door, and a garage full of old construction materials. All of which he received payment for and it's been 5 months from when it started.

As time was of the essence and I am in another state, he told me he would go pick a new unit of my choice up and he would install it. Since tenants were scheduled to arrive Monday and this was on Friday I was delighted he was their to help. Couple of hours later all is fixed up and I get a video to let me know everything went well. As anyone in the Orlando area is all too aware it is very difficult to find good talented people who show up on time and go the extra distance if required. Not only did Andres do that he also didn't try to play gouge games. He communicated all pricing before hand and gave me a sense of calm. Like, this guy is the real deal. A cool dude doing great work for a great price. Good luck Andres! Since I have a couple homes that have issues occasionally I will not hesitate to call him again. Thanks for quick replies, good pricing and above and beyond customer service.

Do NOT NOT NOT NOT hire this guy!! He is a SCAM ARTIST!…read more We hired Andres and paid him cash to lay down new tiles for our master shower. The mistake and regret is that we paid Andres before he completed the work. He did a horrendous job and broke the tiles against the walls of the shower which we did Not need to be replaced. He left and said his work was done, which it was NOT. He did NOT finish grouting the tiles. I called him and spoke to him and he stated the work was complete. It was NOT a complete job. He then proceeded to yell and scream vulgarity at my husband and I. He continued to belittle and threaten us over the phone. He then said he would put a Lien on our home. Please do yourself a Humongous favor and STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this guy (Andres). He is unprofessional and does NOT know what he's doing. He's extremely dangerous! I should have called the police on him. There are bad reviews on him on Google where a client was so angry that the client went to his home to speak to Andres and tried to demand their money back.
