I immediately had concerns and voiced them to All Around and my warranty company. They both tried to appease and placate me which although I was not happy with, I gave the company a chance. I should have went with my first thoughts. The technician that came out I'm told was Chris and has a few years experience with pools and a short time with All Around Worker. After paying my deductible I have not been able to reach them. They issued an incorrect report on the problem I'm having and called it or said there was no maintenance to the pool that caused the problem. Well thank goodness for camera phones. I had taken a pictures of the pool in two separate months about a month apart, clearly showing I maintained the pool and the problem is recent and that I was not having problems/issues prior to claiming this issue. SORRY TO SAY - I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I am going to reach out to Vlad.
