There ended up being so many damaged screens that it was worth it to re-do the entire porch. Nick was honest about this without being pushy or salesman-y at all. Whatever work we wanted, he was willing to do. My parents and I are so happy we had the whole porch repaired. It looks incredible. Nick and his colleague worked hard to get the job done well and even worked through the rain (not for the roof, which would have been dangerous, but on the risers). And the price was excellent! My home is on an open acre, so a lot of dirt and grass gets blown around and sticks to everything, but they got it all. They are very professional and priced fair. I highly recommend Sam's business and will definitely be booking them regularly every few months.
