After looking at recliners all over the valley I found the one I liked at U&I. They were able to…read morehelp me out and carried it to my van because I did not want to wait for it even one day. They had great service and vast and great products to choose from and I am completely happy with my experience. I recommend them very highly.

I was looking for a firm bed, the sales man was the only one on the floor and sort of rushed me…read morearound, I briefly lay a few minutes on a mattress , I thought it was comfortable, and I was very happy when the salesman told me that it had copper coils in it and was infused with green tea. That's not the case at all , He completely misrepresented the the beds materials. It's been less than a month that I've had this bed, which is 100% foam and has lost one inch in places. Further, I specifically told the salesman that I did not want a metal frame, but that's what he gave me because it would fit in my car and there wouldn't be in a delivery charge. I'm so uncomfortable and unhappy with this bed, I called the 1/2 owner of U and I ;Bryce Boswell and he said send pictures, so I did and he completely turned the story on me, he said that because he wasn't present when the salesman sold it to me all he could do is give me $50. He said the defects were because of me. This bed is 25 days old. I declined $50, saying that was like a punch in the gut. So I have a bed that I cannot comfortably sleep on, a business that will not back product and could care less of my future business. I had planned to buy a mint green leather sofa, but after I was gaslighted by Mr. Bosworth, I won't be going back. I will be however, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the state of Utah consumer protection agency. I'm a senior lady on a fixed income and that was a lot of money for me to put out for a cheap no good mattress when the salesperson lied to me of what it was Made of. I'm hopeful to find a resolution with my future complaints of u & I furniture store. The lesson;do not trust the sales person, do not expect customer service after the product leaves the store and remember all sales are final regardless warranty.

I've bought from here a couple times, ordering online for in-store pickup. This last time, however,…read more was not much good at all. I ordered a set of dining chairs. The info on the website says the box includes a quantity of two, so I ordered two items, which should then be a sum total of four chairs ( assuming my math is correct). In any case, I only actually received 2 chairs. When I asked the warehouse employee and a floor salesman about it, I was told, "No, that just means that we (Fisher) have to order two chairs at a time (for their own inventory)." After emailing customer service, I received a voicemail inviting a call back to the store. I did, asking for the person who had left their name in the message. I was sent straight to voicemail, and asked for them to call back. After a week or so, I called back to store, asking whether that same person was working that day. I was told by reception that person was at work that day, and was transferred to that person's phone. Ring, ring, back to voicemail. I asked again for a call back, or at least verification whether they (Fisher) were considering this issue closed. I also sent another email to customer service with the same question. It's been over a month since that second call, and haven't heard a peep. At the very least, their website seems a little deceitful or misleading, and customer "service" has been largely nonexistent.

I went into the Providance loction a few months ago to look for new mattresses for my two Older…read moreboys. I was told to ask for Angela, so I did. It took a minute to find her as she was in the back area. I explained that my two sons had had their current mattress for more than 13 years and were in need of some new ones. Angela took the three of us to the kind section to check out some new ones. Angela was considerate of my budget and stayed with us while my boys tried out the different mattresses. She had to order them because they were extra long twins and they didn't keep them in stock. She said she would call me when they came in. They only hiccup I had was that only one of the mattress came in when I went to pick them up. However, Angela arranged to have the other one delivered once it came in. Which she did, complete with set up. The providence location has a good selection of furniture but it lacks a since of professionalism with it's hand written and recycled "sale" signs. If I were rating Angela alone I would give her a five star rating but as I must rate the ENTIRE store experience the lack of professional "look" to the store and the delay and loss of one of my mattresses' knocks the rating down to a 3. I might go 3 and a half. If you end up going to Edwards in Providance, do what I did. Ask for Angela. She will give you a great Experience.

We are pleased with the variety of furniture here and the chair we purchased but the customer…read moreservice at this location is terrible. We were told the first day we were looking at chairs, that it would be $120 to add a swivel base to the recliner we wanted and the next day when we called, the office manager was very short and rude on the phone and seemed uninterested in selling us a recliner. I asked about coming to buy a rocker and having a swivel installed and all she could say was that the guys who install it were in Idaho--didn't bother to offer info on when they might be back or calling me when they got back UNTIL I PUSHED for more info. And she acted upset that I was requesting more info. She explained that they had other recliners with swivels already installed but to have one installed it would be $90. I thought about taking our business elsewhere but was encouraged by the $90 swivel installation. When we arrived to pick up our chair, they tried to charge us $129 (I mean which is it? $120, $90 or $129? Maybe it would be good if everyone was on the same page!). I asked the employee helping me to please call Curt because we were quoted $90. She refused at first saying he was at a different location and the employee who quoted me $90 was probably just guessing because she was just an office manager (nope! She didn't say she was guessing, in fact she confidently mentioned the price to me more than once) AND she said she was an office manager AND a salesperson!) I said, "ok so does he have no authority at this location?" She said "well he owns the stores..." I said "ok can you call him please?!" So she finally did and he agreed to actually drive down. Curt solved the issue and made sure not only, that the swivel be put on promptly but that we got the price we were quoted. We recommend Curt at Edwards Furniture on Main Street in Logan NOT the providence location. Curt was helpful and kind and easier to work with than the staff at this location.
