Walked in and was greeted by the assistant and left my name and number for them to call me so that we could go over the details of the new arrangement. Well that day passed and then the next day passed, so on the third day I went by there again in the morning. Spoke with Michele personally and told her what I wanted and she said that she could have it done up and delivered the following day. Nothing extravagant so I don't know why it couldnt have been done that day but what ever. The following day had come and went. At 5:15 I called as I was walking out for the day and she said that she was sorry and forgot but she would turn around and go get it and bring by and I explained that I was leaving for the day and she said that she would bring it by first thing in the morning and I said ok. I got to thinking about how I had to chase my own money and I didnt feel this was the customer service that I was looking for, after all, this is an investment that I am making in my business not something I am giving away. After placing the order, I asked the florist to send me a photo of the arrangements and provide an itemized bill (I'm located out of state), but neither of these requests was fulfilled. Dissatisfied with the lack of customer service, I followed up with an email. The florist only then sent a photo of the delivered arrangement, which looked nothing like the advertised photo. I was deeply disappointed and embarrassed by the discrepancy between the advertised and actual arrangements.
