The lady was so nice and helpful!! Ordered a plant/flowers arrangement for the funeral of a family friend to be delivered directly to the funeral home--as I couldn't attend. She took a picture of the arrangement and texted it to me before delivering it. It was beautiful!! I also, received pics from my family and our friend's family. Not impressed with this particular florist or flower shop. Mostly I selected it because of…read moreconvenience. Prior to covid I had set up to where I would like to schedule a new arrangement swapped out every couple of months. I get that covid put a halt to a lot of things but this to me is repeat business and if you took care of it, it would and could lead to additional sales and referrals. She never followed up with me after things settled down. Then one day I decided to swing by just to touch base with her. Walked in and was greeted by the assistant and left my name and number for them to call me so that we could go over the details of the new arrangement. Well that day passed and then the next day passed, so on the third day I went by there again in the morning. Spoke with Michele personally and told her what I wanted and she said that she could have it done up and delivered the following day. Nothing extravagant so I don't know why it couldnt have been done that day but what ever. The following day had come and went. At 5:15 I called as I was walking out for the day and she said that she was sorry and forgot but she would turn around and go get it and bring by and I explained that I was leaving for the day and she said that she would bring it by first thing in the morning and I said ok. I got to thinking about how I had to chase my own money and I didnt feel this was the customer service that I was looking for, after all, this is an investment that I am making in my business not something I am giving away. Thats sad when you cant give premium dollars to someone for average service.
