What sealed the deal for me was their great pricing AND the fact that they actually interact with people via social media. That's huge for me. A week or so before our arrival I was freaking about pairing outfits for my husband and me. They quickly responded on a weekend and I was so grateful. We had our photos done Friday evening. They suggested cute poses for us and even took a few solo. Maggie was nearby and fixing my crazy hair (it really has a mind of its own) and my accessories so everything looked together. We paid for our online gallery and never gained access to the photos. I reached out to inquire and never heard back. Despite our efforts to emails, text, or call the company we have yet to hear back or gained access to the photos we paid for. We loved the photos and are very disappointed we never received them.
