Ted offered his services at a fraction of that amount and the experience could not have been better. He communicated with me the morning of to let us know he was on the way, he arrived on time and was very helpful getting three senior citizens and tons of bags into his van. Very kind guy, had great conversation with him in our 30 minute drive. I had requested a drive to my job, at Topnotch Resort and Spa in Stowe, VT. This is in no way a knock on my driver. He did a 10/10 job. Their website says they take ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (see photo). They do not. The owner, Ricky, sent me a confirmation text saying "80$ + tip cash" I took this as, I could pay the 80$ for the drive with my credit card, and then tip my driver in cash. I didn't have enough cash on me to cover the trip, so I told the driver I would call in my payment. He agreed, I tipped him, and I walked into my office. By the time I set my stuff down, and got on my phone to call Ricky, I saw a text from him stating that he called the police. I tried to converse with him, and explain myself, and he tried to guilt me by saying he was taking it out of his driver's pay. The possibility of this being an honest misunderstanding never crossed his mind. He immediately started attacking me. It got to the point where I stopped responding, because I didn't feel comfortable talking to him, until I spoke to the police first. Ricky sent the police to my place of employment, and embarrassed me in front of my coworkers, and more importantly my clients and guests of the resort. During the exchange with the police, the driver, who stayed to let them know that I did NOT refuse to pay, put Ricky on speaker phone. Ricky called me poor, and insulted me repeatedly. The driver made sure that he knew he was on speaker, and he either didn't listen or didn't care, because the officers and I heard everything. I do NOT recommend this service to anyone. I have never made a complaint against any business, and my experience was so bad it compelled me to file one through the BBB.

I did not have a good experience with Blazer Transportation. I had pre-arranged with Ricky for a 4…read moream pick up to take me to the airport. Text confirmation had correct date, time, and address. However, no one showed up, and no one answered my calls. By 4:10 am I realized I had to drive myself to the airport, thankfully my car was fueled and could accommodate my ski bag. When I later called to see what happened, I was told they thought it was for the next day and that they had not been feeling well. I do not recommend this company.

When I landed I called up and was greeted with a "hello Brian, you ready to be picked up?". A small gesture having them remember I was coming and greeting me by name but a personal touch that really made it feel like a wonderfully run business with people that truly care about their customers. As the name implies, when I got back to their lot/offices my car was waiting out front and freshly washed. Again, something small but definitely not offered at most places. Will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them for anyone traveling out of the Burlington airport and needs to leave their car parked in a lot.

What a horrendous experience…read more December 2024 we left my husbands truck for 7 days and scheduled a detail. The detail was poorly done so management offered to re-clean it and refund the charge. May 2025 we left my car for 10 days and scheduled a detail. We called the day after we left to make sure everything was all set, since we had to leave my car at the airport and not at the park and wash (they were closed by the time we got to the airport). They said they had the car and they'd get it cleaned. Great. We arrive to pick up my car after our trip and they can't even find it. After 10 min of searching for my keys, the shuttle driver decides to ride around their lots with my husband to try and find it. Lo and behold, it never got cleaned while we were gone. The guy was apologetic and encouraged us to call the manager on Monday. So we did. After a few days of various excuses as to what happened, and different stories from each person, we're told we can come in on a weekend and have it done for free. Both ended up being lies. No weekend would actually work for them - so we scheduled for the week of July 4th as I'd be on vacation and wouldn't need my rig for work. Arrive to drop off my car on 7/2 and we're told the detail won't be free. Had we known this was going to happen, we would've gone elsewhere. Especially considering the place is totally out of our way. After a lot of back and forth with my very angry husband, the rude kid at desk and the manager Tammy, I agreed to pay a discounted rate and to pick it up the next day. The next day comes and I walk in. The kid at the desk immediately calls for the manager, Tammy. Tammy tells me there's an additional fee for pet hair. They claim I never mentioned that their would be hair in the vehicle - which was also a lie as my husband and I had stated throughout our many conversations with both people that my vehicle is used for business/there are multiple dogs in my car every single day. I laughed and said whatever. Paid $280 for a detail (including tip) and walked out. The best part? The detail job was absolute garbage. Definitely not worth what I paid OR the headache of dealing with this company. Half the car is clean, and the other half isn't. What's clean was so fully coated in oil that it's like a slip and slide. They also left my car unlocked in the parking lot over night. This place might be OK to just drop your vehicle off at while you're on vacation - but if anything goes wrong, I can imagine they'd be too helpful. Definitely save yourself the headache and get your car detailed somewhere else. Pictures of both mine and my husbands vehicles immediately after being detailed. I'd be embarrassed to send vehicles out like this.
