I had already been waiting for my washer and dryer to arrive and had a date for delivery setup but I wanted to get the special refinancing, so we did a return and rebuy with the same exact items and I specifically told the customer service member that I wanted the same delivery date and she said we should be able to set it up. Long story short they changed it and got it wrong, so they told me to call the store today and no one answers the phone. Worst customer service ever, not to mention most of the time I can't get a solid answer to my questions before buying something. I am giving them 2 stars so this review doesn't get ignored like most one stars do.

We just…read morehad a new steel deck rail installed and wood support and fascia on our deck needed staining. Jimmie had a profession looking website. He came out and gave us a reasonable bid. When he started the job he did not have a paint brush and was using a sponge on a stick that he said he was in the process of getting a patent on. He tried to get my husband to invest several thousand dollars in his patent. It did no trimming while painting. all edges are still exposed and many missed spots, stain spilled everywhere as he did not tape or use drop cloth like we asked him too. Spilled large amount of stain on our brand new rail that we asked him to cover and which was not even anywhere near where the stain should have been. He would come for an hour or two and leave. Yesterday when he was about 85% he asked me to pay him and withhold $100 and he would come back later and finish. We offered to pay him what he asked per check and not to come back as we were getting a really bad vibe from him by this point. He insisted on cash or he said he would camp out in our back yard. It already appears that he has been camping out in his van. I think the B actually stands for BEWARE!!!. We went and bought more stain last night and will complete this job ourselves.
