Eddy and his son Jr make a great team. The entire process was so easy because of their knowledge, skill, and professionalism. They applied for the permits and coordinated the inspection schedule which was incredibly helpful. They are highly skilled and did all the work themselves (never had to subcontract). They are honest and their prices are fair. They understood our needs and never tried up sell us on anything. They were reliable and professional. They offered us a formal quote and followed the payment schedule per the indicated timeline. We also like that they focus on one job at a time so you have their undivided attention. I can honestly go on and on. Renovations are known to be stressful so I was pleasantly surprised to learn they don't have to be. I observed that he works his projects as is in his own home. Meticulous! He was able to recommend changes (that added little if any cost to the project) and was able to exceed my wishes. I hear the many stories about contractor nightmares - he is always on schedule and on budget. I can't say enough positive about his work. PS. He also rebuilt the deck on my townhouse, managed the whole process (permits, etc) and I know the house will fall long before the deck sees any wear and tear.

Our condo flooded and we needed our entire condo painted (one room needed some serious work as it had wall paper), an entire new kitchen cabinets set, new kitchen counters, new water line to fridge, new kitchen sink, new kitchen faucet, new garbage disposal, bathroom floor tiling, bathroom wall tiling, new bathroom vanity with faucet and other various little things. The process took a little over 2 weeks (which is exactly what they said it would take). The main point of contact for us was Mattie. He and his brother were excellent communicators with me and my wife. Not only did he keep us informed every step of the way, but he did it in a way we could understand (Yes he done the job for us lol). They were so nice and accommodating when we added to the job with no complaints at all. They also had an excellent design team when they came and looked at our kitchen. Above all else, their prices were very reasonable. We would HIGHLY recommend 5 Star Renovation and Design.

I have been doing business with AG Contracting since 2003. It's hard to remember all the work that…read morehas been done on my house during the past 15. years; but, here's my best shot: new roof, new deck, 2 new bathrooms, major repair to porch ceiling, new kitchen cabinets, new hardwood floors, new kitchen appliances, miscellaneous plumbing, miscellaneous electrical, attic ladder, and minor stuff I would probably screw up. When something comes up, I don't hesitate to contact Guillermo Delgado, the owner. In the early years, I used to get competitive bids and always went with AG Contracting. The primary reason for my loyalty is honesty and integrity. The second reason is quality of work. I know that the job will be always done correctly to the best of Guillermo's ability. Quick example is screen doors on my porch. Everything was fine after installation. After a few months Mother Nature, especially the sun wore the doors to the point that they wouldn't shut properly. Guillermo replaced the doors with a higher quality product at no cost to me. His reasoning was that he made the door decision. AG Contracting can handle all sizes of jobs both big and small. As part of our kitchen remodeling project we had potions of walls removed to open up the house and we're extremely pleased with the results. You won't be disappointed if you ask AG Contracting for an estimate. Lawrence Stevens, Burke, VA
