A fair warning that every thing is made to order so anticipate a wait is posted. We had the turkey and avocado on 9-grain and the special chicken salad on ciabatta. Both were good. Sorry no pictures. Even the tomato on my sandwich was great! Indoor and outdoor seating available. Indoors was full of flies (remember the line out the door? It was opened the entire time we were there.)

Hubby and i ordered House Pizza with no pepperoni, it came with pepperoni. I don't like pepperoni. Other friend ordered lasagna. Hers came out first. They delivered it to our table, we asked, is is lasagna? Waitress said I guess. And slapped it in the table. We had no silverware. I got up to ask for silverware and I guess it was a terrible thing to ask because the look i got! Wow! Then she had to ask another worker there some stupid question then talk to another coworker, then i finally got silverware. Was my friend supposed to eat with her fingers? It was hotter then hell in there and i am not talking about the food. We had to move because it was so hot in the room while our friends had exchanged their chicken alfredo for a calzone. The calzone was ok...nothing to write home about, accordjng to my friend. Then, while we were still eating they had to wash the floor with Lysol, yuck,! The smell just turned my stomach. Had to leave! It is nice that they are trying to keep the place clean. Oh, and the sign say Beer and Wine, they don't sell beer and wine. Don't go there stay away.

I'm not sure the restaurant could help much with that though. Our waitress was super fast, attentive, and friendly. We had a TON of questions about the menu, and she was patient and friendly while answering them. Our food came out impressively fast and she made sure we had drinks filled. We ordered the cheesy bacon grit balls, and my fiance was a little nervous since he's not a fan of grits. They were absolutely fantastic, and we both liked them! Them! They had a rich cheesy flavor with very slight hint of bacon. They were smooth and creamy and deep fried to perfection. The glaze on top was a great touch as well to cut some of the richness. David ordered the Flat Rock Panino, and he was really pleased with the flavors. For me personally, I thought the pizza shell they used to form the sandwich was pretty hard, almost cracker-like. Not seem to mind though. The chips that came with it were unimpressive and not super crisp. We were really disappointed because we wanted to try their signature Burger, but it was not available that night. I ordered their special of the brisket ends. They were fantastic. The sauce was great, and they truly melted in my mouth. They were so tender! I thought the onion straws were great as well. I was a little disappointed with the corn because it wasn't what I was expecting. I'm not a huge fan of peppers, and that was the predominant flavor since it had red and green peppers mixed in it. The cornbread was good, but it was much closer to a cake texture. Overall, I think we would definitely go back! It was a fun atmosphere with friendly people and food that left us smiling and full.

Staff was friendly, will be back to try one of their menu. We came back and tried some more pizza and some pasta dishes. Pizza here is still pretty good but we feel they use way too much cheese which weighs it down and takes over the pizza. Next time we go we will for sure ask for light cheese. My husband enjoyed his lasagna and I ordered the fettuccine, I really wanted to love it but it was bland and I don't think the asparagus and pine nuts helped because they are bland in general. I ended up putting a lot of salt and crushed pepper on it just to be able to enjoy it enough to eat it. The maple bacon they use here is delicious and they have a great selection of wines and beers here. I heard a lot of people talking about how good their fish dishes were while we were there so looking forward to trying some next time.

When she did, we figured we better order or who knows how much longer it would take. We started joking with a couple of tables near us about how bad the service was. Our food finally came and alas, no eating utensils or napkins. Also, at some point, I ordered a beer which never came. The girls ordered pasta Alfredo and our server asked us if they wanted chicken, they said no. Sure enough their dish came with chicken. The busboys brought all the food, which is good because we never saw our server again until we were ready to leave. I immediately handed her my cc before she left, figuring we wouldn't see her for another 30 minutes. We had to entertain ourselves through all this so we noticed the people inside were getting served efficiently. As far as the food, the meatball my wife had in her spaghetti was probably the worst one I e ever eaten. My son said his chicken parm was good. My wedge salad was competent but hey, how hard is that. The girls pasta Alfredo was really watery.
