The first visit was after my AOS malfunctioned and a coolant-line T-adapter broke, causing all of the coolant to leak out of the system. Thankfully, I caught it in time before it led to anything more serious, like a blown head gasket. Young diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired everything safely. He was extremely knowledgeable and, more importantly, honest in his assessment. I could have upgraded to a new AOS, but he was upfront in telling me it wasn't necessary at the time. It's hard to find an honest shop, especially in automotive work, but Autotuned has consistently earned my trust. There's no unnecessary upselling, no gimmicks, and no pressure. Just straightforward recommendations and quality service. My second visit was for AC service, an oil change, and fluid top-offs. Once again, the work was honest, clear, and professionally done with no BS. Every service I've received has been fairly priced, and I'm genuinely grateful to have Young as my local mechanic.
