The online banking system is trash. It has taken me 2.5 hours over the last 2 days to finally add an external bank account and my payment still hasn't cleared the system. Apple Pay is not an option according to the site. Everything I do seems to receive an error message. Customer service offered the advice of "your due date is a few days away and you have 15 days grace period after the due date without penalty, so just keep trying." I just want to make the payment and move on!

Collection department has a older lady that calls every week and doesn't remember the conversation that you have with her. . So here you are having to leave work and have fees accumulate .because your account has been frozen. Because some on a Tuesday and yoy dont get paid until Friday. So you cant even with draw money from your account. All because she thought you said Tuesday insead of Friday. After telling her over and over you get paid biweekly. So why is she calling every week? She doesn't remember talking to you after you ask her do you not remember talking to me a few days ago. I ask her are you not taken notes of the conversation? She says no. I tell you this it doesn't take but one time for a bank to tell me they cant give me my money that I have in my account before I go some where eles. Go ahead and put my review at the bottom. So noone reads it. But i tell you this is have had my kids and friends to use this bank. But nownthingsbare alot different they also will be moveing to another bank. I dont appreciate being treated this way. When I did my part to handle my affairs. This is supposed to be a bank not fast food restaurant. I dont expect huge mistakes from a bank. ​

When I called on Monday, the representative said they would get back to us in 10 days. Are we serious? Ten days to address that amount of money lost for a family of four is insane. What is someone supposed to do? It has now been three days, and Regions has yet to reach out or even look at the claim. They have no policy in place for families affected by this. It's absolutely ridiculous. We were talking to another bank in town, and they said they would provisionally put the funds back while they investigate so people wouldn't be in this situation. Considering how large Regions is, it's very sad they treat their customers this way. I don't care about your policy; your job is to protect and support others. We will be moving our money.

The additional interest gets added to the principal balance itself, so every month when the new billing cycle kicks in, your principal goes up too! My first payment was more than the minimum and was told any excess will be added to the principal, well on the second statement I noticed that the principal was actually more than the original starting balance!!! So where did my principal payment go?!? Of course I called and got passed around to different people, finally the manager herself had no idea, but said she'd call me back. She never called back, but corrected my principal balance the next day. Now I'm on my third month and the principal balance has gone back up again!! Beware, before agreeing to this financing, they did not want to let me read the policy and agreement contract before I agreed to having my ac unit installed and even asked the manager, but they couldn't allow it. Now I see why....I will never finance here again nor recommend, if anything, I will do my best to tell people NO! Stay away.
