It has a large parking lot which is always a plus. We walked in and were seated right away. Our drinks were ok. I got a cherry sprite and my partner a lemonade. He wished it was sweeter. Both of The card machine stopped working so cash was used instead as we were in a rush and could not wait to see if the issue could be resolved. This is a huge con as some people may not have cash to cover their meals. The dessert section looked good and I would be interested in trying some next time.

There are pros and cons to every business, some can be fixed, others cannot. …read moreI shop rite at the Stroud Mall but pleeeeaaassee fix those wonky shopping carts. The noise is annoying, the folks deal with the fact that they have to use a cart with issues. The courtesy desk ckerks are exceptionally good at what they do even when folks treat them with bad behavior. What happened to the 5% senior discount, it was kind of a big dill and in this economy, every $ counts. (I know Kinsley SR up the road still applies a discount on Wednesdays!) The food selection is awesome and shelves are always stocked, especially during a sale. Like everywhere else, there are engaged, hardworking employees and some are not, especially thd young man manning checkout #2. The manager at this location is out of order, after I left a message and he never returned my call, a few months ago, after his vacation. . . Overall, always convenient to shop groceries next to the local mall!

I stopped getting meats from the Deli because they took forever to complete your order. Today i decided to give it another try and again had to wait 40 mins past my scheduled pick up time! The employees behind the counter do nothing but bicker and complain with eachother in front of customers. I have never seen a bunch of employees who are so miserable! Like I said, don't give people a pick up time to get the order and then get frustrated when it's 40 mins past the pick up time and we are asking if our orders are ready. If you can't handle 2 systems then stick with only counter orders and not the kiosk! Get more useful people behind the counter who won't bitch n moan the whole time too and maybe you will get everyone's order out in the time it's suppose to be done.
