They claim they are reaching out to this customer who currently possess it but at this point I don't know what they have done with it and don't feel good about getting it back and they can't reach said customer. As a result, I have an event on Saturday 12/12 that requires me to have to buy a new suit jacket and pants because of carelessness and incompetence. Just wanted to let you know what kind of business they are running in Southfield. I don't care about renting a "tux", I want my money to clean and fix it back, want money to go buy a new suit jacket and pants at this point. That is the only thing that will make me satisfied.

They could not remove the stains I pointed out, even though they said they tried three times after my first visit and again when they tried after I returned with my displeasure. From there I took the jacket to Dubin's. Andy, the owner of Dubin Cleaners, removed every single stain so that it now looks brand new. He only charged about $1 more than the other place (but this compares to the cost after a 20% discount from the other place). I'm not naming the original cleaners because I don't want to give them a black eye. I just don't want you to waste your money going to other places, no matter what "discounts" they offer, when you can go to DUBIN CLEANERS for outstanding quality and service!

After the incident, there was a sizeable malodorous stain on my bedding, resembling a cigarette burn. For several weeks, I did not do laundry and slept with only a thin sheet, like I was at a sleepover where my friend did not give me a blanket. Eventually, I ran out of g strings so I was forced to make a decision: use the smoking washer or find a different one. I dusted off my Michael Kors coin purse and took my undergarments and comforter to the Birmingham Laundromat. Unsure if a reoccurring event but there was one individual inside who appeared to be on intravenous pharmaceuticals and was causing a ruckus, but that did not intimidate me. I got the job done and am thrilled that my comforter no longer smells like Virginia Slims. This laundromat is very important to the Birmingham residents that do their own laundry similarly to how a Viagra prescription is essential to the survival of a U.S. Congressman. Will be bringing a spare Narcan next laundry day. Stay blessed.

I try not to go to the dry cleaners that much anymore as I know dry cleaning is not the best for the environment but a lot of cleaners are trying their best to be aware and I know for sure that this dry cleaner is one of them. If they were not then I would not go there. I have to say that they have always been super polite, they have treated my clothes with care, and they have removed a few stains with ease. I had one leather jacket altered there and they did a great job that I will be bringing two other of my leather jackets there. Plus, they are not insanely overpriced. Everybody has different experiences but all of the experiences I've ever had there have been spot on perfect and personally I will continue to use them when in need. Again, I do not go to the dry cleaners all the time, but in emergency dry cleaning situations they are tops on my list.
