I've received online orders as gifts and have purchased gifts for family, but this was my first time making the trek to the brick & mortar. I arrived about 20 mins prior to opening to get my hands on the limited Astros Championship pillows for Christmas gifts. I will say this store offers unique houston swag. They are very creative and for the culture!! My only complaint is they aren't very friendly and you will need to take into account a 20-30 min wait for any custom screen printing. I was roaming around for a bit not really sure of what I wanted. The store is pretty small and there are items everywhere. It's hard to really browse comfortably. I wasn't voluntarily assisted, but as I had questions the employee behind the counter helped and was friendly. He volunteered to print the shirt I picked out fresh and the wait was less than 10 minutes. I'm not sure I would return...I wasn't too impressed for the cost. It is a good place to go if you want Houston items pretty quickly. Otherwise, I would probably order off Amazon. read more

THIS PLACE DESERVES MORE HYPE!! The store is ran by fat pats actual son and he is so sweet with helping with all the customers needs. They didn't have the size we needed but they made it on spot. It took about 30 minutes but it was worth the wait. It came out perfectly! Everything was Houston based including the base price of "$7.13" for the basic T's. Most expensive shirt we saw was only $25. Definitely worth it to stop to check out all the Houston based custom items! We were definitely skeptical of the place because of the bad reviews however the store was pretty packed w everyone wearing masks as it states on the door before you walk in. Didn't hear any complaints from anybody. The reviews sound like there's more to the story. They do close at 5 and most likely they won't have the common sizes available to buy on hand so give them time. IF you decide to shop, it's definitely recommended to go early in the day to give yourself time to shop and also give them time to custom make your shirt. read more

I was very disappointed by their behavior. I called few weeks ago to figure out how much would it be to make stickers for my business. The guy on the phone was hostile from the min he picked up. When I asked him how his prices are competing with the online vendors, he got defensive and said: " I don't know what they charge, I am probably more expansive but my stickers are better"- then he hung up. I was going to check them out regardless because I want to give a local business my business. However they flat-out don't deserve this. read more

Normally theyre a great store. Today I had a very bad experience. I saw some shorts on display that I fell in love with but the employee wouldn't sell them to me. I begged and reasoned with him but he just came up with excuse after excuse to not sell them to me. It was outrageous! I was looking to spend around a $100 on various items but since I couldn't buy the shorts I decided not to buy anything. Ive never been in a situation were I was begging to buy something, something that the store had and could make again, and they just didn't want to sell it. I honestly believe the young man was just being a dick for the hell of it. I really wanted the shorts but that's life I guess. Not a great experience and I'll never be back read more

me and my boyfriend stopped by because we saw them on Facebook and well we love supporting small business, honestly the customer service was trash, the guy looked bothered every time i asked him for something, i was expecting good customer service because it was a small business. Also, when we got ready to pay he only asked me if it was cash or card not once did he say the total amount or anything i had to see once the machine asked for my signature.
