He even reduced the bid slightly to secure my service and had a crew arrive the same day. The crew was exceptionally friendly and professional, checking in with us throughout the process to ensure our satisfaction. Remarkably, the three of them completed the work in just an hour, which would have taken us months to do gradually without the necessary equipment. Thank you, TreePro and Crew, for your excellent service.

Juan and his crew did an absolutely Amazing job! We hired him to get rid of 3 large trees, which…read morewere all creating damage to our property. We had two Palm trees, both close to the side of the home with one already touching and damaging our roof. The third tree was a super tall eucalyptus tree planted right at the corner of a block fence wall that was shared with our neighbor, and its roots were the reason the fence walls work cracking and falling apart. Quan was so quick to respond and we were able to get an appointment the next day for him to look at our property while we were out of town and get an estimate for everything. We got quotes from three other companies, and Juan's quote was the most reasonable imo. We were going to be out of town on the day the work was going to be scheduled, but Juan kept in touch consistently and us making payment for the job being done was also handled very professionally. Throughout the day Juan was sending me texts and pictures of what was being done and what their next steps were going to be. I would definitely recommend him to anybody and we will be using him again for any projects that come up next!

I was shocked to find out how unenthusiastic most of these companies were about making money! Not a single one of the companies that did estimates contacted me with a quote. I had to send multiple messages and call to get the estimates!!! I was about to throw in the towel and attempt to do them myself but then I called PALMtrees R US. PALMtrees R Us was the ONLY company (out of the 6 that I contacted) that reached out to ME after performing an estimate and the ONLY company that actually sent me an invoice by email. Even though they weren't the cheapest I was impressed by their professionalism and response time and knew I could trust them. When I showed up to the house they had just finished two palm trees in the front and everything looked good. They were also super friendly, well mannered and looked professional! Vicky and Johnny trimmed and cleaned all of our trees (front and backyard - Total of 5 trees), trimmed our small palm, removed a dead tree and blew out our front and backyards. Since the first interaction I had with Palmtrees "R" Us, I was blown away. I requested a quote through yelp and Vicky responded promptly indicating that she could schedule me in for a free consultation the next day. The next day, Palmtrees "R" Us showed up at 5, the time Vicky said they would. They were both super friendly during the consultation and after a few minutes of interacting with them, I could tell that they were extremely knowledgeable. They took their time examining our trees and shrubs and provided me a fair quote. In all honesty, Palmtrees "R" Us was the 3rd quote I had been given that day. I had one quote less than Palmtrees "R" Us but it didn't matter, my instinct told me to choose them because of their knowledge and customer service. And boy am I glad I did. They scheduled us in for the following week. They did great work with our trees and cleaned our yards. Johnny is like a tree whisperer. He knows what he is doing. Vicky is amazing at managing and providing the customer service. Two down-to-earth individuals and people who keep their work In addition, I have already arranged with them to come back next week to take care of this weed garden we have in our back yard. They are going to pull the weeds out and replace with nice rock. I will report back next week with pictures of that area.
