Roje was very helpful from the time I called for a quote up to the moment I picked my car up from the shop. This family owned business is very honest with you from start to finish. And their prices are hard to beat. Very affordable and great quality work. I was able to bring the parts that I purchased from an auto store and all they charged me here was for labor and a break flush. Dropped my car off around 8am and got it back by 3pm. Faster than I thought considering this place was busy and packed with vehicles being worked on. Roje and his team will go out of their way to explain the work they did. And even how they did it. Great place to take your vehicle for any and all types of services. They know what they are doing here. I definitely recommend this place

They've alway been upfront & honest which I respect but this year 2026 it's like a change happened in cool with mechanics not liking me but not putting me off for weeks for one part then tellin me they have it & it only takes 10 mins to do but literally won't do it. Will put you behind bigger repairs that's cost more money which I also understand but if it only takes 10 minutes what's the problem. This part shuts my car down & I've been waiting over a month. It's almost like they'd prefer it to shut down because they know I won't be coming back. The guys are coo when they like you if not they're actually pretty rude

However, these guys are great. They do good, honest work. They communicate price and time. The office area is clean and comfortable to wait in. They have complimentary drinks and ice cream while you wait. I like that this location is in the heart of Chinatown, so if I know the work is going to take awhile, I can walk to a nearby business to hang out. Between both locations, I have been helped by Marco, Carlos, and Richard, who have all heen great to interact with. Appreciate the all the help they have given me with keeping my cars in good shape!

Carlos was very helpful with having it inspected and going over my concerns that most FJs have. I did get some front end work done that was needed and also had some parts replaced that would need to be replaced in the future , but since they already were going to have it taken apart why wait to do it and have to pay for more labor in the future. I believe in fixing it right now before it breaks and then you have more trouble. I just sold my old car that I had for 10 years today and because I take care of my vehicles the guy didn't even haggle over the price and bought it. He didn't even test drive it first till I insisted ! Anyway , I will be back the end of this month to do fluids before I move out of state. I highly recommend Busy Buggy. They did great work , saved me money , and did the work in one day. I dropped off in the morning and picked up late afternoon. Also I love my 2010 FJ Cruiser. I was looking for a 4Runner for some time now and was lucky to find this one for a great price and great condition so I jumped on it. Everyone says it fits me more than the 4Runner. It is remarkably well taken care of for it's age and it has the same motor as the 4Runner and is more capable off road.

This is not a man who is looking to make a quick dollar off you, this is a man and a shop you can trust with faith knowing your car is in the right hands. I ran over some asphalt and had a bunch of it stick and start hardening all over the fender of my car, I ran into Carlos just asking for directions on where I could get it fixed and he offered me his own supplies and a rag and allowed me to use all of his resources and didn't charge me a dime. I even tried offering some money to at least pay for the supplies I took but he refused out of the kindness of his heart. Would highly recommend to anyone. Before dropping a lot of money somewhere else, stop by and ask for some advice from Carlos, it might just save you in the long run
