Recently, my brother and I stopped in to look for a gift for our brother. It was just before the holidays but the store itself wasn't busy. When we walked in, it looked like the two people working were having a casual conversation with some friends who had stopped in. I mention that because we were completely ignored. No "Hi". No "What can we help you with?". Nothing. My brother and I wandered around and couldn't find what we were looking for and of course, no one came to offer their assistance so we left. It is incredibly frustrating to not have good customer service or any customer service. Stores like Brunk's bank on repeat customers and local business but now that Teamworks is just down the road, they had better step up their game. We ended up at Teamworks and got exactly what we were looking for. And for a better price with customer service!

We asked for a single Greek letter, Epsilon, to be printed on a Tshirt. Probably Collegiate font to replicate the original. The young woman & older man said it would have to be an art work charge ($35) b/c they would have to draw the item. I asked them to compare it to Collegiate font since I'm pretty sure that's what it is. "There are thousands of fonts" was the reply. I do embroidery for my Etsy shop and am aware of how many fonts there are. They clearly didn't want my business. And certainly won't have to worry about that. Update: I came in with the image of the font I needed. I asked if I could see some fonts that matched. No one offered to show me matching fonts, just started to write up the order with the art charge. That's when I left.

The downside was the communication, timing and pricing. Had to pull out of the staff over and over again the status of the orders and prototypes to review. Barely made the deadline. Boxes were shipped to recipients a couple of days prior to the event when we were promised they would be sent out 2 weeks in advance. Whenever I called the main line or the contacts' direct lines, never got through to anyone. Might use them again.
