Upon going to the automotive counter to pay, an older fellow I'm guessing is the manager told me the store is closed. I didn't say anything and he said it's car drop off only, there are no tills open. I was a little miffed, but didn't say anything, and turned to put the charger back on the shelf when this fellow yells at me "DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M SAYING TO YOU!". So I yelled "CAN I PUT IT BACK". At this point he looked embarrassed and walked away. I went home and ordered over night shipping on a charger from Amazon, and I'll shop elsewhere for a while.

I was coming home from a…read moreconcert in London, and I was dropping some friends off from down the road of this location of Petro Canada. when I came back to the station my gas tank was seriously low (less then a quarter of a tank) filling up my tank got me home through the rain storm from hell for a lack of better words, the weight kept my vehicle from sliding more around in the most extreme weather I've drove through. this location is not very clean on the outside, as this is basically in the middle of farm country and was FULL of bugs and mosquitoes flying through the air...best not to open your mouth when filling up. this station has some of the cheapest prices ive filled up at in the province and the service is great as well. cant thank this station enough for being here, if it was any other branded gas station, I would not have filled up. thank you petro Canada for getting me home!

I often carry U.S. funds with me, and the TravelCenter offers an exchange rate, usually less than the official rate, but not too bad if you have to use American. You walk into the main serving area where you go to the counter to order and pay, and pass through to the next room where there are couches and a high table with chairs. Free wi-fi - just ask for the access code. The young man at the counter was very informative and knowledgeable, and not shy to share the details! Incidentally, they have a section of items for sale near the entry door. Usually, they carry cup sleeves which look to be hand crochet. Neat oh! However, on this visit, they were sold out. Time for me to get the needles and yarn out! Oh yeah!! Beware their hours, though: they're only open 8:00am to 5:00pm during the week, and only 8:00 - 1:00 on Saturdays.
