Imo it's not too hard to make a great fun/elaborate drink because there's so many flavors that could mask meh espresso or coffee. But a coffee place really reveals itself when you get straight coffee. And with cold brew, water/coffee ratios can really vary. This cold brew was perfectly balanced - def not watery, but not overly strong. -cute merch that I was tempted to get I wish this place existed where I live! It would absolutely be my go-to place.
