Employees don't even know the 7-11 app EXISTS, and will question you every time you use it. I've used the mobile checkout about 5 times and every time the cashier looks at me like I'm an idiot. I don't understand how 7-11 isn't telling its employees that mobile checkout exists. I shouldn't have to explain to the cashier that an app exists. Just 10 minutes ago I visited this 7-11 and used mobile checkout, which CHARGED MY ACCOUNT, and the cashier wouldn't let me leave with the items. Would love to get my money back. I don't expect a lot from a 7-11, but I do expect to be able to do the only thing I go to 7-11 for: Buy a Slurpee and get a snack. Apparently that was too much to ask from this location. Hit the Slurpee machine first and was baffled when all the cups seemed to be the same size (medium). Looked all over and couldn't find any full size cups. When I finally decided to settle on a much smaller drink than I wanted, the next problem was finding a lid to fit it. They had large lids and small lids, but were almost completely out of lids for the only size of cups they had. How do you run a 7-11 and be nearly out of the supplies for your signature item? Next I wanted some chips. Usually 7-11 has their store brand chips in stock, but apparently not at this location. Plan B was Cheetos, and after searching all three of the locations where they were apparently keeping chips, I found every possible variety of Cheetos other than plain original Cheetos. No, sorry, I don't want bat guano Cheetos, thank you. I finally settled on some Lays. I don't expect a lot from 7-11, but if I'm setting foot in here I should at least be able to get what I came for. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE GAS FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! I was at this 7 Eleven 2 days ago (9/11/18) and the pump could not print a receipt for my gas purchase OR in the store. The problem ensued when the store was unable to confirm that I had even made a purchase. Both clerks (who were very nice & professional) looked in the system & they were unable to find my gas purchase of $15.02 OR produce a receipt for me. My car remained at the pump during this entire debacle. One clerk in the store called the store manager/franchise owner & let me me speak with him. He was rude, arrogant & disrespectful beyond imagination. During the call, he rudely interrupted me at every turn. Finally he just began talking over me - a common tatic of those with limited verbal capacity. This owner operator clearly lacks the ability to meet minimal customer expectations and claimed that I "simply didn't understand how the system worked". He demanded that I come in the NEXT day to get my receipt. Huh? There is a KNOWN credit card scam in which theives are placing a fake credit scanner on gas pumps. A day's use of my credit card, was not an option for me. So, I also called my bank while I was in the store. They confirmed a $1 purchase at the time I purchased the gas, but they had no name for the business. As recommended by my bank, I cancelled my credit card immediately to avoid possible future fraudulent charges. I also called the 7 Eleven Corporate offices on 9/12/18 & was told that the Consultant for that store would call me back immediately. Today is Friday & I am still waiting. read more

One of my favorite stores in the area. Or 7-11 stations I should say. Gas and the store so that's a plus. Friendly clerks. Clean store. Good location near Sheridan and 72nd, Walmart, etc. Generally I only stop into 7-11s for slurpees and this location has good flavors. Four different ones so a win in my book. Often stores have two of the same flavor sugar free and not. Coke and some other obscure weird flavor. THIS spot has something for every palette. One of the newly remodeled stores with new signage, hot food, and the seven eleven rewards app. I am unsure if they participate in the new delivery program though. If you come from the Starbucks or Jack In the Box side it can be a slight pain navigating the blocked off road. Some spots are entrance only. But minor annoyance to get some chemically dyed and sweetened sugar. Mmmm. read more

I want to nominate Robin as best employee of the day. Visiting a close friend here on the Eastern Slope and she does not drink coffee. I really need my coffee so we headed to this store to buy me a cup. Poured my coffee and noticed that the 'French Vanilla' creamer bin was empty. I'm a French vanilla diehard and asked Robin if they had anymore. That girl literally looked everywhere, and finally came back with a bottle from the refrigerator door. I never begged or pleaded, just made a simple request and Robin made it happen. Service is lacking more often than not and I wanted to let people know Robin is the go-to girl. Thank you! read more

Every time I go in there I instantly get bad vibes from employees. On top of that. If not 1 thing is "down/not working". I'm always forced to find resolutions on my own, regardless if this location is aware of the inconveniene. The pure lazyness of this staff is beyond belief. Can't load cash into my serve or PayPal card ever, their reason? "Someone times you can, it just depends how sketchy it is" I'm the only one in the store btw.. seem like every time i walk in there I see other people from the streets loading shelves and stocking inventory. These people are not in uniform and serves the community the food products "over the counter". I've about had it and I really feel as if legal actions need to take it's course. I will reach out to the city and franchise owner. I really don't have time to be dealing with this but it's to the point where, I'm (the paying customer) is an absolute INCONVENIENCE to this location. read more
