It was citrus forward and very refreshing. My friend's partner had the Japanese Rice Lager. The Lager is only available at this particular location. A portion of sales from the lager goes to helping Seabin which is an organization that focuses on removing plastic from the Harbour. We didn't order any food, but the menu has all sorts of items like burgers, salads, steak, oysters, pasta, and seafood. The brewery also hosts activities like Community Day on Sundays and trivia on Tuesday nights. Although we weren't there very long, we had a nice time!

It's vegan, gluten free and pretty much made of goodness. I'm such a fan. Anyway, I ordered the avo toast with salmon and button mushrooms with a house-made booch which came topped with fresh fruit. Their food is always killer and today did not disappoint. My friend always gets the eggs with bacon on toast and she was in good heaven following her meal. It's ALWAYS packed here so be prepared to stand in line. I will say though that the staff here is always on top of their stuff and are willing to work with you to create modifications. There's two locations of Bondi Wholefoods, one in Surry and one in Bondi. The Surry Hills one is the second location and I much rather go to Bondi Wholefoods in Bondi, lol. If you're in the Bondi area and don't want to eat like a tourist, check this place out. My rule of thumb is usually the more people there means better word of mouth and better food. Be prepared for some beautiful brunch!

Everyone was friendly and made space for us to sit. They have weekly events like half priced burgers on Tuesdays, trivia on Wednesdays, and tours on Saturdays. The nuts are top quality and quite fresh. However, I am addicted to their Soy crisps. I cannot get enough of their sweet chilli flavour. Yum! It costs about a couple of dollars for 100 grams.. Forget coffee money, I put all my loose change towards this. It is located just outside Woolies on the Lower ground 2.
