( ZERO STARS ) If I…read morecould give this place zero stars, I would. Everything here is ridiculously overpriced, and the customer service is even worse. The female cashier has one of the nastiest attitudes I've ever dealt with. Every time I come in, she acts like helping customers is an inconvenience (And it's a CONVENIENT STORE ). There's no greeting, no professionalism, just constant disrespect. The deli food may be decent, but it's not worth paying these inflated prices just to be treated with disrespect. Customer service matters, and this place continues to fail at the most basic level. I won't be spending another dollar here until they fix the attitude of their staff and start treating customers with respect.

If I can give zero stars, I will give zero stars because this place doesn't even deserve one star…read moreevery time I come here there's always an issue. The cashier at the front desk. She's nasty. She gives me an attitude every time she sees me I believe she doesn't like Black people. There could be some type of racism going on. They have poor communication skills. They have horrible customer service they speak to anybody black disgusting they look at us in a nasty way they don't try to communicate on a reasonable level. My sandwich was wrong and she was arguing with me that I was the one placed the order wrong instead of just complying and giving great customer service and fixing my sandwich, which usual food service providers do... fix What's the issue that's wrong for the customer !!!! other than that the food is good !!! but the customer service and the people that worked there are horrible !!!!!!!! management should re train their staff on how to give good customer service.

It just seemed a bit excessive at the time, and to do it in front of a customer is just weird. Such lack of basic decency and professionalism. Really makes you wonder why 7-11 allows managers to do this to employees. I will only come here to grab the cheapest bottles of waters for my kids, and only if the deli next door is not open.

It isn't perfect but does the job when I do not feel like washing my car by hand. Gas prices aren't bad either and they charge the same price for both credit and cash. That's the only positive thing to this place. Its a gas station I get it but you should at least be able to buy candy that isn't expired or chewed open but what I assume would be mice. Don't even go near their prepared food section or their deli. Trust me. Bolla is now a chain of gas stations throughout the five boroughs and one thing they fail at majorly is customer service. Their employees are miserable, could barely speak English if they speak at all, and look at you like you're less than. I'm not exaggerating here but sometimes you could smell their BO. I will still use this gas station and suggest you do too but remember my advice!

Something about the beans being brewed with the flavor already intact that make it heavenly. Also at 7-Eleven, they not only have 10 different flavors of coffee being brewed at anytime, but they also have several flavors of coffee-mate creamer and a whole selection of flavored syrups. Therefore you can make your coffee the way you want it and add as much milk as you want (unlike places like Dunkin Donuts where you ask for light coffee and your coffee comes to you looking dark tan).
