Usually the 7-11 employees are great but earlier tonight when I went to drop stuff off at the bigbrother/big sister donation box (having been there to donate a car load earlier in the day lol fall cleaning ) so I park and am about to start unloading when the 711 employee who was outside smoking a cigarette with a guy, blasting rap music very loudly from his car though he wasn't even in it. So this person then proceeds to tell my sister and I not to take the stuff sitting outside the donation box !!!!! My sister told her of course we know what the f donation means , she then Rudely said "well u were here stealing earlier!" Um no , I had donation stuff under the bags of my laundry I had to take the bags out to fill the box and evidently when I put my laundry back into the car I was "stealing" !!! She then sat outside the whole 20 mins it took to unload my car and just watched me and my sister When my sister went into get a drink from 711 instead of going inside to help her employees stood outside still smoking cigarettes just staring it took 15 minutes to get from 7-Eleven and they were ignored the customers and accuse people donating clothes of stealing them so terrible employee I will stop going to that 7-Eleven just because of that I think it's pretty disgusting shitty customer service if you want to get accused of stealing and fucking pipe hot but like a motherfucker no when my sister went into get a drink from 711 instead of going inside to help her employees stood outside still smoking cigarettes just staring it took 15 minutes to get from 7-Eleven and ignored the customers and accuse people donating clothes of stealing so terrible employee I will stop going to that 7-Eleven just because of that I think it's pretty disgusting shitty customer service if you want to get accused of stealing and then be subjected to rude under her breath comments about how much Of an inconvenience it was for her to put your cigarette out and do her job for five minutes this is the place to go if not do you like real customer service and not go back by some trailer trash bitch smoking a cigarette out front of the 7-Eleven as she hangs out with her damn friends instead of serving people inside? Well look no further ! She will literally be standing two feet from the door watch u go in and sit outside finishing her cigarette even tho she sees a customer trying to pay and leave ! And when my sister asked if she could come in and do her job she snapped "you need to chill the fuck out I'll be right there , I saw you calm down" I'm not kidding that's what she said to a customer, sorry when I was working with people I didn't act like they walked into my living room and just started shouting orders, you're at work , have some manners. Nobody cares about ur hissy fit put out the cigarette , tell your boyfriend and his little crew to turn down the music and quit loitering and get inside and do the job you're paid to do ! Entitled, snotty, spoiled and just rude ... never again , I could be in a desert with no water, I'd keep walking ... I can't do no stars but that's what it deserves read more
