I always go here to get my gas. Their pumps almost always don't have the receipts in them. Today, I went, filled up, then went inside to get my receipt. I asked to get my receipt and the lady at the cashier goes "have to go online". The line was long. I had my elderly sister with me, sitting in the hot car. I can't leave her too long. I got frustrated and said, I had my purchase, which is the gas, I need my receipt. The cashier still directed me to get in line. I think, I'm just gonna have to report to corporate. read more

This place is a dump. Floors and bathrooms are always atrocious . Youre lucky if they have lids and straws for your fountain drink. Play tacquito roulette because they're never labelled correctly. Then get stared at by the multicolored hair and facial pierced employees who you are bothering by wanting to pay for your items. Hard pass. If there was 0 star rating I would give it. I purchase a over priced drink, it tasted nasty. Called to informed them nicely and see if I could get a new replacement one, they were extremely unreasonable, unaccomodating, unproffesional said that once sold that was it and ended hanging the phone on me. I felt robbed of my money. I could not believe it. Called back to see who was the manager, and this rude same lady claimed to be. Shame on her discusting behavior. Just the worst customer service I have ever experience over a drink that would have cost cents for them to replace (while I paid a full $2). Shame on them. To say the least as a local, I will NEVER bother going there away. Please do yourself a favor and find a new gas station or different store location. This is THE WORST gas station I ever see. Restroom was disgusting,floor inside of the store had spills all over and employees had attitude,making you feel like it's your fault their are busy. Every time I have gone it's been super busy. A typical 7-Eleven so not much more to say. The staff was nice the particular day I went even though I was really busy. I ended up getting a hotdog and the young lady was very nice. the Slurpee machine was working so that's a plus read more

(The lady that helped me at this location was a blonde haired lady in her 40's).They made it hard for me just to cash in my lottery ticket at this location. I bought the winning ticket from the 7-eleven on old canoe creek road. I was visiting Florida and came to this 7-eleven to get my ticket checked because it was my last day and I won $3 and I wanted to cash out. The lady that helped already grabbed my ticket and checked it in the terminal before she asked for id. She then asked for id And I gave the lady my tempororary Id., Which was a paper and my id card, which the dmv punched out to make it void because I was getting a new one in the mail, but i didnt receive it before I left to Florida. She said she couldnt take it, and I asked why not? She said anyone can make this and your id is void. I was like im 18, my birthday was in April, and the temporary id is what the dmv gave me with their phone number on back printed with a state seal. I also told her that the picture was to verify me and my name, and the temporary Id was to verify my name and my birthday... The guy standing behind wanted to help, but the lady said no. I told her I got it from the other 7 eleven and the lady said that they probably didnt check your id, and I was like yeah I gave them what im giving you now. So she took me over to the manager to deal with this and she was looking for a magnetic seal on my temporary id... I was like its from another state... So I had my school id, health benefit card, and doctors card with me to show my birthday... After that they gave me my money, and I heard her talk with the manager saying im going to stop, sounded like im going to stop selling tickets to 18 year olds... Or anyone at all. I sell lottery for work back in my home state and This is the first time to encounter a situation like this and i think this deserves to be reviewed. It got me really mad that day. This is the worst 7 eleven and I would not come back if I visit Florida. read more
