Cashier refused taking a couple of dollars in quarters to buy a 3$ scratcher. As far as I think it's money first of all not some kind worthless bottle caps LOL. And second it's not whole lot but f it that it will take lots of his time and there was no line . Really disappointed . The fact that this location has gas is pretty handy and the only one in the area that does. However, if you're not there for gas, I'd go to another location. The guys that work there are usually very rude. I can never figure out if they are just rude in general, or if it's because I'm a woman, or if it's because I'm disabled and wear a mask. I suppose the reason why isn't as important as the end result, which is they are RUDE. On the rarity I go here I quickly remember why I tend to frequent other locations instead. read more

Store says 24 hours a day, the man who worked tonight December 4th 2022 to the morning of December 5th 2022 closed the store down on midnight with many MANY costumers outside coming in. He locked the door looking at everyone saying the store was closed. He comes outside while me and my partner were trying to figure something else out and he starts being so rude to them. Their slurpee machines didn't work, their EBT machine didn't work, and to top it off the guy threw food on the ground at my feet. This is one of the worst places I've ever been. So this location is a typical 7-11 store on the inside, but I gotta say it has the most eye-catching exterior I've seen for a convenience store: three of the walls are painted with a continuous mural. The motif is kind of a cosmic/spacey deal, and it's fun to look at. Anyway, you'll find all the goodies you expect to find at any location: Slurpees, of course (yum!) hot coffee and donuts snacks--candy bars, chips, nachos etc. cold food--sandwiches, salads, wraps etc. hot food--taquitos, hot dogs, pizza etc. lots of drinks including beer and wine various tobacco products various lottery products household items--detergent, toothpaste etc. various medications random merch--sunglasses, caps, gift cards etc. There's a Redbox video rental kiosk in front of the store, and an ATM inside. No gas pumps at this location, but there is a gas station across the street. Today is August first and the temperature high is 105 degrees, so I had to get a lemonade Slurpee, which really hit the spot. Also tried a steak and cheese taquito which, while not great, was fine as a quick snack (definitely better with a bit of hot sauce). read more

If I could get away with it I would give them no stars. Customer service sucks to the point where there is no customer service. The person behind the counter ringing you up is very rude you can speak to him or try to talk to him or ask him a question he won't even part his lips to answer or respond if you say good morning good afternoon, good evening, have a good day, he won't even look at you while hes ringing up your merchandice. Very very very unprofessional and rude I felt very unwelcomed. read more

It's a 7-Eleven yes, this I know BUT its one of the cleaner, well stocked and staffed by CLEAN employees as well as super friendly ones. As always.... Until moving here I could count on two hands the amount of times I'd frequent 7-11"s in my lifetime. Just never occurred to me nor did I have the need I suspect. However in less than 2 months I have visited more of this chains stores than I have in my entire life... No joke; I'm being serious.... Having said that they can range from: sweet baby jesus!! am I going to make it out alive?? to locations like this one where you rest a lil easier knowing that it's open and has what you want and need and you can get in and out quickly. Here's what I LOVE: ~ ICE..... .Beloved ice actually as the fridge at home isn't making any and the rate that I blow through it continues to amaze even myself..... My current crush is their 9lb pound bag which consists of 3 individually wrapped 3lb bags of ice for $3.29....... Makes for super fresh crispy ice... I know... I have issues but I'm happy so leave me be...... ~ MONEY MACHINES aka: KIOSK BANKING Machine Because my mothership Credit Union is in the bay area I am limited to the types of transactions I can do here locally and so using machines like this I can: make deposits, withdraw cold hard cash and check my balances.. All for FREE and the machine spits out a detailed receipt WITH copies of my checks deposited AND itemized transactions. A very cool and convenient option. ~ LOTTO SCRATCHERS: They also stock a damn good and usually FULL supply of lottery scratchers too which I appreciate as I have yet another crush on the "lifetime" one and most places I stop off to grab one are usually out of them as it seems many others share the same affection/addiction? for them that I have.....AND one of those lil "do it yourself" scanners for scanning your Super Lotto and the like tickets verses standing in line to do so. The ONLY - Negative that I have with this location which unfortunately is what most also have is that it attracts some of the scummiest humans. Someone should actually do a test study on this phenomenon as it occurs WAY too often to be coincidental. Just like Walmart's..... sorry drifted off for a bit there... Wish I could write more but for me there isn't any. This location is one of the much better ones and I will continue to return lest they give me reasons not to. Minus 1 star if possible. Consistently rude employees. I live in the neighborhood but I will drive past this 7-11 because every employee I've encountered is rude. Not just having-a-bad-day rude, cuz I understand that, but an all-customers-are-annoying rude. Sometimes I am forced to go there like tonight. The cashier did not greet me at the register, rang up my items and just stood there waiting for money. Please tell me how much, I ask but he only swivels the display window toward me. Whatever, I can deal with his rudeness. But then he gives me my change. .48c. He tosses a quarter on the counter then 2 dimes then 3 pennies. Really? It's a 10 second encounter and again, these employees manage to dismiss me and I leave with a negative experience. They do keep this store clean but one time, at 5am, I stopped in for ice and got scolded for walking on his floor. Another time I was in a hurry and noticeably walking fast and gathering items. I get to the counter and I waited for the cashier to get back behind the register to total my items. I could see him stocking some items so I waited and waited at least 60 seconds then he lazily walked over and got behind the register. Not the register I was close to but the other register and told me to bring my items over to him. Simple things like picking up a few of my items to help me move them go a long way and is good customer service. But you won't find any at this location. At least they're consistent!! read more
