I'm on my way home from driving 12hrs and got off highway at 2am to go to this racetrack as it says it's open 24hrs on highway sign. There were two dudes working here. One unloading a truck outside with truck driver and another inside with slides on talking to dude delivering donuts. After I fuel up and start walking up to front door dude walks up locks door and walks away. I knock on door and he shakes his head no. I knocked again and he looks at me crazy and I ask if I could use the restroom and he makes a nasty face, shakes his head and walks away. Even a police officer stopped to go in and left. Don't waste your time going here.

While you may still be able to pump gas, pay inside or outside and shop for "gas station munchies", you can also indulge in some Jeremiah's Italian Ice AND Capitol Tacos (both located in the inside). It seems there may be a pizza place plotting to come next as there is a stone fire or wood fire grill in the open space. Can't wait to find out. The Capitol Taco's menu is modified, it does not have your shrimp options, but it does still offer breakfast tacos and other proteins. I usually stop by for Jeremiah's, because I always have a sweet tooth.

I recently posted to the school blog story about what occurred to me the other day. For those you of you who had an opportunity to read the blog you remember that I have been patronizing a local food store for approximately 10 to 12 years (Pars Market & Marathon Gas Station 11721 McMullen Loop Riverview, FL 33569 (813) 677-0378). Over the last year however the proprietor Mr. Mejia began accosting me for parking in the handicap parking zone. Please be advised that I am a percent 100% disabled veteran with a handicapped parking placard. Also I would just like to mention that over that past 12 or 12 years I've continually parked in that same specific parking spot that Mr. Mejia now forbids me to use . He has never given me any reason for his sudden change nor has he addressed any of his concerns with me personally. Mr. Mejia has a young man that washes cars on the side of his building at the Marathon Gas Station has subsequently instructed this young man to police the parking lot. Lately it would seems as every time I parking in that specific parking space, this young person seems to find it necessary to be the one to tell me that I have to move out of said spot. I've continually explain to the young man, that if Mr. Mejia had a problem with me parking in that specific spot ,he should address me personally however Mr. Mejia felt to do so. However, yesterday as I was sitting there about to have my car wash by the same young man when he again approached me telling me that Mr. Mejia wanted me to move my motor vehicle and he no longer wanted me parking again. I I again remind the young man that I'm within my rights and that I have exhibited the handicap parking placard in my windshield as required by law further stating "I am in fact a disabled veteran." The young man has continually expressed the fact that Mr. Mejia has threatened that if he can't control where I parked feel no longer be able to run his car wash operation. Mr. Mejia blatantly wrong for singling me out, and preventing or attempting to prevent a disabled party from parking in specified handicap parking .He's also cowardly for threatening this young man's business entity and livelihood considering he does not have police powers over an individual citizen committing no crime. Therefore, I thought he would be interesting for me to do some research on the situation in reference to Mr. Mejia attempted to have me arrested for a criminal charge of parking in handicapped parking space. Yes he went as far as to have the police, and attempt to have me arrested for failing to follow his orders, with no legal standing whatsoever. To the following pages is some of the research and I found that protects persons with disabilities also information concerning the Florida rules for handicapped parking as well. It is rather lengthy piece but I'm sure you'll find it quite informative. Please feel free to comment on this piece and add any information that you may have concerning situations where disability disabled people have been discriminated against. "FOR nation that forgets about it elderly and its' disabled is a nation to disrespects all the citizens."

You literally drive your car though and there a coolers on both sides of you. A runner comes up to you, asks what you'd like, puts it in your car and gives you a slip that you hand to the cashier at the very end. They also have the state lottery and cigarettes...it's pretty neat to see and experience. Oh, and they offer pickled eggs too!
