All the Staff is rude asf . I went in earlier today & i was next in line. While I was waiting I heard the cashier tell the guy he's not allowed in the store anymore. He asked her why and she said because I don't want you in here and I'm the manager. When he walked out The person ahead of me started paying for his items & she whispered underneath her breath stupid dumb ass bitch. She told the customer in line that she could have another customer in the store (she knew him) fuck him up. The guy ended up coming back in the store and told her "I want to talk to someone above you" She told him no she's going to call the cops. I have been a customer of this 7-Eleven for a few years now and I've seen clerks come and go most of them really nice people, Liz is one of them with the exception that she has an energy like no other, I have never walked in the store and seen her standing around or on her phone like I seen others, I always see her bouncing from one register to another, putting a tray of wings in the oven and then running to make fresh coffee, or cleaning and stocking, every single time I walk in no matter what time it is she is doing something... and always making us customers feel welcomed always with a good attitude and always respectful towards everyone. Sister girl The Anita Baker looking woman is rude just because I'm black she think I'm part of her family like a long-lost nephew or something. I only come to this location because while I'm at work I'll park my big truck in front of her location because there is plenty of parking. Off the 10 frwy. My first trip to this 7-11 was during my lunch hour and it wasn't busy, which is a plus. Friendly staff. Coffee is the drink of choice and this store was still brewing my favorite flavor, Big Energy. WARNING: Do Not Drink Big Energy on an empty stomach, your heart rate will increase rapidly. HEADS UP DON'T BRING YOUR STROLLERS TO THIS STORE.! After being a loyal customer for over 20yrs, I'm truly disappointed in my experience here today. Annette Durham, Owner of this 7-eleven did not allow my Wife to navigate through the store with a stroller in which my 10 week old son was in, suggesting that the isles where too narrow and that she might drop things. She than suggested to leave the stroller outside (with my son) and have my one of my older boys(5yrs old and 9 yrs old) watch him. Really???? Have my little ones out in the front of the store by their own and in this 100 degree weather? My Wife then upset told my boys to leave everything behind and left the store. I was not there to witness this. My Wife now called me to share this experience with me. I, however, know there are two sides to every story. So, I called Annette to simply "clear the air." Once she answered I asked to speak to the owner about an incident that my Wife had there just now and she immediately became defensive. I allowed her to talk without any interruptions and tried to explain to her that the only reason for my call was to "clear the air." However she was not getting the message. I told her that as a Father, Husband, and a Loyal Customer for over 20yrs I was disappointed with how the situation was handled, but before I could finished she kept interrupting and in an upsetting voice kept insinuating that my Wife was at fault for not letting her (Annette) explain herself. ****************Point Being***************************** Annette if you are reading this, You clearly and willing decided to handle this situation the way you did and as a Father, Husband, and Loyal Customer of over 20yrs, I'm truly disappointed. Today around 545 pm I came into this 711 with my kids and almost spent around 35 dollars on items. As I was paying I realized I was possible charged and extra $5.00 dollars I asked the man who I believe is this owner who is an older Indian or Islam man what was the extra charge before I put in my PIN number to Complete my purchase. The man was really loud and rude with me and couldn't explain the extra charge he said just put in your pin and continued helping someone else in the Other register. I asked him again why would I put in my pin when you are possibly overcharging me he yelled at me In front of my kids and other people in the store and said put in your pin. I don't understand why he couldn't explain to me what that extra charge was from and why he was so rude and felt like he can yell and raise his voice to me. Came here on 2-9-14. Made a 10 dollar purchase and my card got declined twice. I knew I had money and called Bank of America immediately. They showed no declined transactions on their end meaning it was 7-11s terminals or machines that were not working properly. I go to the local church in the area and have been shopping here for over 15 years. I thought I would be courteous and call and let them know that they may need to fix something. I spoke to the older African American woman who is either the owner or manager and got the worst attitude. I tried explaining I called to help them know that they may have something wrong on their end and instead got attitude and she actually tried to make it sound like it was my fat the card got declined and that I was giving her attitude. She told me she was aware of the problem yet offered no apology or thank you for trying to make them aware. Just a total BITCH. If I could give negative stars I would. I will not be shopping here again, I will tell everyone I know not to shop here again. She talks like she is entitled to talk down to people which is pretty sad. Everything in here is overpriced. You can't even get more than $10 cash back cause they want you to use the ATM in the back and pay a $3 fee to withdraw money. However the owner is extremely kind. This is by far the worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to. The ladies that work there are extremely rude. I walked in at 1:55 AM to purchase a beer. She then told me it was too late because her ancient clock that hung on the wall was set five minutes fast. I then showed her the time on my cell phone and she still said no.
