The coffee wasn't what i remember. Not sweet and bitter. Not sure if there was a change in product. Would i have the coffee again.. prob not. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great team work amongst them. In all I'm happy with the visit. Happy it wasn't too busy. And happy about the burrito!

They keep meat and fresh vegetables pretty well stocked even in the midst of the pandemic. There are purell wipes at the door and they are consistently wiping the baskets and carts. They are not wiping the credit card key pad. The floors are marked so customers can stand 6 feet apart. The cashiers are enforcing this. Service is always friendly and accommodating. They try to get you out as soon as possible. The self service line is always delayed.

In the wee hours of this past Tuesday morning, I stopped into this location for gas and some hot coffee. It was a wonderfully 'cold' Winter pre-dawn in Florida. The store is immaculately clean! Love it! The staff is uniquely and genuinely friendly. Each visit I feel like they must enjoy their jobs and helping their customers. We're seeing a lot of trendy new 'convenience' stores, so competition is fierce! Cumberland Farms appears poised and ready to score!

With no hesitation, they said yes. I asked if they could refund the money I had put in, and they said no. When I asked why they had not put a sign on the machine, they made it clear that they would not do that. Was communicating with customers that unreasonable a request? I decided never to go there again, even though it is the most convenient station on my daily drive. Cut to today. I needed gas and thought I would give them another try, because who doesn't deserve a second chance? Other cars were getting gas, so I figured everything would be okay. I pulled up to the pump, put my card in, and waited. And waited. After about five minutes, I walked into the store and asked if there was a problem on Pump 7. No, no problem! So I went back out. And waited. Several other cars had come in, gotten gas, and left. Finally, I gave up and left. And no, it was not user error or banking issues--my card worked just fine at the competent gas station I visited next. Final answer? 0 out of 10. Do not recommend. What a disappointment! I happen to come on the Sunday they had an offer for "free weekend". So they had some cool goodies for me signing up. I got a nice gift bag from the front and another from the pharmacy... u also got a $5 coupon from the optical shop. Vivian at the desk was amazing!! So sweet, kind and caring. She really made my sign up easy and fun. Now, I did have an issue. I snagged my new jacket on a sharp piece on their cart ... when I talked to the manager, Kristen, she advised I can try to take it to a seamstress and bring the receipt back to them. If the seamstress can't fix it, bring the jacket receipt back to them. So I will do that. I hope a seamstress can fix it, because it would be a nice win-win, since the jacket is $140. Anyway, I really liked this place, the people who worked here, all the goodies they gave away and the delicious strawberries. I'll be back!!!
