I would describe this 7/11 as average in terms of size, cleanliness, and available food/bev/etc. However, what makes it a 5-star location is the staff, specifically the owner. He really understands that value of good customer service and is in there regularly ready to hustle and take care of whatever you might need. He is so friendly and helpful. The rewards program is a great way save money and get freebies so if you're not registered yet, you're missing out. Signing up alone gets you 7 fill-ups with 11 cents off per gallon. read more

I still love the staff at this 7-Eleven (see previous review). They greet you when you walk in, are talkative and interact with you like you're a real person, and ask if you need anything when you're trying to figure out which coffee you'll be getting. Speaking of coffee, wow! They've upped their game. They still have the big tanks of brewed coffee if you're in a hurry, but also added some of those new 21st century machines that grind and brew it fresh. They also have about 10 different cold brews and teas "on tap" as well. Their App is fantastic and they're always offering some deal. Lately, it's 7 free hot or cold beverages (some exclusions). They also have 49c Big Gulps and $1 any size hot coffee. You can earn points for free items and I think I read you can pay for gas in the app without touching the pump (although you'll still have to pump the gas). Gas prices are typically on par with other spots close by. It's never super busy and never really empty either. It's a convenient stop if you're going north on Avalon Park Blvd. If you're going south, turn early at the Pep Boys so you can avoid sitting at the light. read more

Typical 7-Eleven gas station / convenience store. It is conveniently located the Avalon Park and Waterford Lakes communities. There is plenty of parking, probably more parking than they need. All in all, it is a good gas station to stop and fill up. read more

I only recommend going if there are women working, they will definitely take care of you. A big man works here and is absolutely lazy! From the time I go to work & come back (4-5 hrs) the store while it's in his care is so unorganized, not mopped & disgusting! Food with him is never fresh. He is always sitting behind the counter on his phone or napping in the back with the doors locked for hours & people knock and bang on the doors and windows to open up. Service Station Only: I stopped at the 7-eleven because, well...my tank was on E and it was the closest gas station. It was early morning and not very crowded. I was able to get gas using the pay-at-the-pump option and get a receipt without any problems (isn't it annoying when you attempt to pay at the pump only to get a message that you need to see the cashier ?). Great 7 Eleven. Clean, new, and fully aware that having coffee in large quantities is a vital part of business before 8:00am. Pumps are extremely fast as well. Lots of parking so you can run in and out if you are not in need of gas too. read more

I brought a 5 gallon and 2 gallon gas can to fill up, after I pumped my gas and did not fill up either can completely I noticed that The pump claimed I pumped 8.2 gallons. How is it possible to pump more gas than my 2 gas cans are able to hold? I went in to tell the cashier and they told me to come back tomorrow. SMH read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This gas station is Infamous for stealing your card information. This has happened to many people I know including myself. The management/owners don't do anything to fix the issue it's been at least a year that this has been happening here. Never going again. Avoid if you want to keep your money. read more

i walked in the store and wanted water so i got water and it said 2 for 4 and i took 2 and the price went up to 7 dollars and i told her you guys have a 2 for 4 dollars sticker on it and the lady at the cashier says no it's not for that and it says it's for the water i got. never coming back here again i wouldn't have had this problem if they just took the sticker off and just sold it for it's regular price. read more

This review is for the customer service in the convenience store. The gas prices are actually very good here compared to others around the area. There is a woman who works there, middle aged, brownish hair shoulder length, wears glasses. Not sure what her issue is but she definitely has an attitude problem which was seen on multiple instances. 1) I withdrew cash from the ATM and asked if she could split my 20. With attitude she stated "I can only give you 10s." Politely I said this was fine and thought nothing of it (maybe she was having a bad day). 2) My husband went to the air pump to fill my tires. He put $1.25 in (the cost was $1.00) because he noticed it was not turning on and thought maybe a quarter did not register. The pump still did not turn on so he went inside the store. This same woman (once I obtain her name I will edit the review) gave him attitude saying it is out of order and the light should be on. My husband, thinking it was his mistake, went to check the light on the air pump machine. WRONG lady! The light was NOT on showing it was out of order. He took a photo of it with his phone so that he could show the woman inside for proof. AGAIN she gave attitude (probably realizing how stupid she looked that she made assumptions and was WRONG) and told another employee to go ahead and refund my husband. They proceeded to remove the money from the FIGHT HUNGER donation box. My husband declined the refund, knowing where the money originates from. They advised him that they record how much goes in and out and will put the money back (hmmmmm not sure about that....) read more

I wish i could give this place zero stars I used to stop by everday but a couple of days ago i stopped by to buy an electronic cigarette which i did for like twenty something bucks which didnt work i understand these things happen 2 min later i walk right by in to exchange it! The two idiots behind the counter looked at each other like dummies and did know what to do!! But after intense thinking they came up with a solution ...
