I've lived near here since 2017 and used to love going to this 7-Eleven. Every employee there was extremely kind and sweet. Just very professional and pleasant. Then, this new guy showed up. He is a big, tall guy and not sure of his ethnicity but I'm guessing middle eastern. I'm always extremely friendly with everyone I meet. I do a lot of customer service type work, so it just comes naturally to me. However, this guy just clearly doesn't like me or something? I'm not sure why but he literally will not speak to me. I am a middle-aged white woman so not sure if he has some assumptions about that portion of the population? I hope not but that's the only conclusion I can come to based on my experiences. He will be very friendly and talkative to other customers. And I've noticed these are always people who are not in my ethnic category. One time, he said "have a great day" to a lady in front of me. I stepped up and said "how are you?!" , and he didn't say a word to me and wouldn't even look me in the eye. This happened multiple times over the following weeks. Finally, I was so annoyed because it happened so many times before I finally just stopped and said "so do I not get a good day too?". I've never stepped up and said anything like that in my life. But I was so frustrated. He wouldn't even look up at me and appeared to be seething with anger. I left and never returned. This guy has a huge chip on his shoulder and I'm not sure what it's about but it's not cool to be in that position in public and treat people that way. I hope management sees this and talks to him. read more

My husband and I came here yesterday to get a fountain soft drink. The staff are friendly but it's got no room for people who are in scooters and wheelchairs. And almost all the soda was out and the drink I wanted was not what came out. We settled on a diet Dr. Pepper. We paid and left but it was flat. I don't see myself returning here in the future. read more

The steak taquitos are my JAM. I love this place! They have everything you could possibly need on the go! Super great friendly staff! They have an awesome selection of deli sandwiches and salads that are very good! Their pizza is pretty tasty as well. Download their app and you will get points for every purchase you make. Then you can use those points for free stuff! I like how thay always have deals going on like buy two red bulls get one free...yep! And we all appreciate a beloved slurpee every now and then! read more

Ahh, the local 7-11... What's there to say? They have everything you need at any hour of the day or night with no fuss. Except for the damn beer key. See, after 9PM on most nights I've stopped in for a 6 pack, it's considerably after dark. That's kind of the way things work with most people, right? Apparently they had too many run-ins with punk kids stealing beer. Put bells on the door handles or something, don't pester the other 99% of your adult customers by having them carry around some key while they make their nachos and peruse the magazines... Yeah, you can take it back, but you see my point. Other than the key thing, this is just like any other 7-11 store. Good lighting, a Red-Box out front, generic local staff that treat you like you treat them-- the way it should be. read more

If you're going to have a sign stating masks are required, then the employees should set the example and wear theirs properly. Had a heavy set guy wait on me with his mask under his nose. When he was done ringing me up I said I'd appreciate it if he'd wear it properly. He made a face and said "well i could refuse service"...for what? I did not appreciate his attitude. The manager today couldn't have been more professional or courteous. When I walked into the store on a sunny Friday afternoon I could tell the store had a very busy day. However, despite that, the packed parking lot and transients waking in and out, the manager behind the counter was just a delight. I wish I had caught his name, but he was working at 5pm today and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! read more

Walked in one night for some quick food. Asked if they were making hot food he said no they never do it at that time due to cleaning(ive been going here for years and they do). Thats fine i say and proceed to make some 2 dollar nachos. Was approched by the new Australian employee and he demanded i pay before i make them. I do its no big deal and i jovialy ask if "he runs into that problem alot." He got angry asked if i was giving him attitude. Shocked i said no paid and promptly left. I work graveyards for a fairly large company and will make sure everyone knows of the discriminatory efforts of this employee and store. read more

Clerks are pretty lackluster, and the coke icee machine is broken a lot. other than that, it's alright.

these people discriminate and harass people with service animals. margret or maggie and the other one was regina maybe. completely harassed me and discriminated against me while i was in there today. refused to sell me my drinks until i said i would call the police and wouldn't give me their names. said that was fine i would call corp. with or without your names. told me she couldn't be in there and i said she was a service animals. and i had to tell them why she was one and what i need her for and what i need her for and what my problems were. hippa and ada tells them they are not suppose to ask those questions and i do not have and have no obligation to nor was i going to discuss my personal matters with them! they absolutely wouldn't leave me alone. she was replacing chips and was yelling from back there while the other one was harassing me from the counter. all of this 2 buy 2 cokes. so i am letting every single person know don't go here. if you have a service animal go here. take your time shopping and report them if they say one thing to you other than hi. they need to know discriminating and harassing people in general is not ok. this is not liable this did happen and was said. i hope they get fired. read more
