I love the window cleaning stick because it's long so you don't have to reach using it. It's also pretty clean most of the time. Sometimes one could see a few trash here and there. Offers Upside. Edit 4/14/25: Bumped up from 4 to 5 stars due to gasoline quality. Usually driving from Norman to Tulsa drains close to half of my gas tank at other gas stations but at Love's it only took a quarter.

I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through when I got to the window I saw the girl walking away…read more It took her about five minutes to come right back to the window. All I asked for was two drinks and two Swisher packets. She charged me for it, gave me my Swisher packets, and as soon as I turn my head to grab the drinks, she's already walking away again and completely disappears while I am knocking on the window for her to come back After about eight minutes. Nobody still comes back. I knock on the window again, still nothing. I had to go and park go inside and as I'm walking inside, she was walking from the restroom back to the drive-through window. I told her she forgot to give you my drinks and she said I'm sorry I had to use the restroom, which I completely understand. I have the worst bladder in the world, but I wanted to go through the drive-through so I did not have to get out of the vehicle. The girl lacked any empathy of caring for the customers seemed like she was kind of out of of it. I literally and the most understanding person I come from the service industry. The girl had pretty curled braided hair, beautiful, dark skin, beautiful girl, bad customer service. I told a very sweet lady upfront with long brown hair what happened. I just felt like I needed to make a review. I have never dealt with that in a long time.

QuikTrip (QT) May 28, 2026…read more (3/5) QuikTrip is a brand I genuinely like and have come to rely on, especially when I lived in Texas, so I had certain expectations walking into this location. As a store, it was fine -- clean, well-organized, well-stocked, with the food and drinks you'd expect from any QT. None of the fundamentals were missing. What was missing for me was the warmth. At the QT locations I got used to in Texas, you can't even step through the door without a staff member calling out a friendly "welcome in!" -- it's almost a brand signature down there, and it sets the tone for the whole visit. At this location, I walked in and got nothing. No greeting, no acknowledgment, just business as usual. It's a small detail, but it's the kind of small detail that separates a great convenience store stop from just a transaction. The store itself does its job and there's nothing wrong with it. But if QT as a brand is going to keep that warm, friendly culture as part of what makes it stand out from every other gas station and convenience store, the team at this location could take a page from their Texas counterparts. Decent stop, just missing that bit of personality that makes the difference.

Contrary to urban legend, they clean the rollers very regularly. They just do it during off peak hours so you don't see them doing it. Cons: uh the place across the street seems happening! Cheaper gas and more ethnic food options? The place across the street decorates for Christmas and QT doesn't.
