Oo how I wish I can rate a place zero stars. I've been coming here for god knows how long, I bring all my clients here but the older guy is always rude has no patience at all. I like this 7-11. It's a pretty big store, and the csahiers ( mostly male ) , have always been really sweet to me. I usually would use this store for their coffee. They havve this wide array of different flavors, addings, sweeteners, and enhancers to make a custom coffee. I used to go into the store and add different flavors and create my own little mixes. They have food that's reallu bad for you, but really tasty always on the little spinny grill things. They of course have slurpees which are legendary. The only negaitve is the location. It's near the former eastern circle, which was a super rough block, And the four corners are nearby... the four corners can breed trouble at points. 7-Eleven - This is a reliable store - Convenience Stores Near Me - New Haven, Connecticut

Looked here for a breakfast juice option and while they sold OJ by the gallon, they did not appear to carry any 16 to 20 oz personal sizes. This is the most inconvenient convenience store. Their tropicana "juices" were 15.2 ounces of mostly water and sugar! The label had the purposely deceptive "100% vitamin C!" on them. For the price, $1.99, I wrongfully assumed that they could be actually selling real juice but alas they do not. This is tropicana's fault too for making two different products look the same to consumers and then offering distributors a bigger cut so that they have little choice but to accept lower standards of product. Tropicana's actual juices are too expensive even for 7eleven to consider because their clientele is price conscious though not as concerned with quality nor nutritional value. They sell gas here but that is the extent of their usefulness. read more

I have been going to this store for years,because it was easy and usually quick. Well they must have changed owners and they let the old staff go and hired their family. For they are now rude and very short with people I saw them yelling at a customer tonight because he tried to return a milk product that he he bought earlier. He went to get a replacement and asked if he could check it first they said yes. That one was bad too. When he told them, they yelled at him saying it wasn't fair that that now they are stuck with them. What isn't fair is they are knowingly selling a bad product and treating customers like that. I for one will never go there again and will make sure everyone I meet knows about this. This was the straw that broke the camels back. read more

This place is unbelievable. I put $20.00 worth of gas in my car and I happened to look at my bank online and they held $100.00 on my account. This is ridiculous!!! There was no sign and why are we as consumers not told about this. Thank goodness I had money in account for the other pending transactions because it might be on hold for up to 3 days. I called and he didn't even know enough to explain it to me, I had to call the emergency line for my bank. Train your employees to give customer service or get out of the business. read more

I just move to bella vista and after going to wallgreen and stuck in line was not good for me so i decide to gather my energy and go to store accrose of wallgreen. Oh boy let me tell you it was my one good decision for the day. There was this girl name sunshine she actually look like her name. Bright and happy. When i told her that i moved here from other town she warmly welcome me. Her speed of taking customer plus the cleaness of the place was remarkable. I am now regular customer of 7-11 and i only go there when sunshine is there. Good place to stop and get your goods. read more
