My husband took the car back to the dealer explaining the sitatuion and the salesman proceeded to tell him that they do a full inspection on each and every car before they sell it. That's bullshit. If they would have done that, that would have realized that there was absolutely NO transmission fluid in the car. It was bone dry. The salesman tried to dodge any responsibility for the car and lying about the condition in which the car was sold. My husband finally refused to take the car back, and the salesman ended up giving him his down payment back, as my husband was within the 3-day limit that Florida law allows. To make matters worse, 10 minutes later, I happened to be at the gas station right next door to this dealership, and watched the salesman, get in the car drive it down Hwy 60 a little bit. Before I finished putting gas in my own vehicle, he had already driven back on the lot and put the same car with transmission problems, back on the front line to be sold again. The store is always buzzing with business but the clerks are always on task and the lines move quickly and the staff are always pleasant. There are only a few pumps but traffic flows smoothly. The store is open 24/7 so no need to drive miles to find an open store. I absolutely love that the person who owns this had a sign out front stating this location is owned and operated by a USMC Veteran. I'm a huge supporter of any businesses that are Vet owned. Only thing I'd say I'm slightly concerned about is that I came to the store about 0030 and there are adolescents that look around 12 or 13 years old gaming out riding bikes in the parking area and worry that they might get hit by drivers that might not be paying attention.
