It has a wide range of snacks from chips, soft drinks, waters, candies, and much more. There are also apparel, Oklahoma themed shirts, and hats. We were specifically looking for an Oklahoma snow globe as I am a collector of snow globes when visiting US states I haven't traveled to! My daughter also saw a cute holiday ornaments inside the store! The team member who was assisting us during checkout was friendly and helpful. She had mentioned one of the oranment pieces was broken on the one we picked out and had informed us to choose a different one! It was really nice of her to let us know! If you're traveling out of OKC Airport and you need a few snacks for your flight, I'd highly recommend stopping into 9 Oklahoma's Own. All of the merchandise is well stocked and organized.

When I brought it to the employees' attention, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. That is not an acceptable response when you are taking people's money. If you are accepting cash, you are responsible for making sure customers receive the correct change. Passing the blame to a machine while keeping the difference is not okay and feels deceptive. Because of this, I will be filing a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General Consumer Protection Unit. I strongly recommend others double check their change if they choose to shop here. I will not be returning.
